Haas CONFIRM INSANE Lineup For 2025!

- Under Ayao Komatsu’s leadership, Haas have hit a brilliant run of form this season. Nico Hulkenberg in particular has shone with an average Grand Prix finishing position of 10.18. Sadly for Haas, Hulkenberg is leaving at the end of the year to join Sauber and his Haas teammate Kevin Magnussen has not been able to match the standards set by Nico. K-Mag’s place in the Haas seat, and Formula One itself, has been a massive question mark this season but now we know what his fate will be. Today, I’ll cover the Haas lineup for 2025 so don’t go anywhere.

Putting Ocon with Bearman is a travesty. Ocon is a menace for teammates.

Haas just signed up for a world of hurt. Ocon has had issues with every team driver that he's been paired with. Perez, Alonso and now with Gasly. We'll just have to see how long it takes for Ocon to have and conflict with Berarman

I secretly hope Bearman absolutely slaps him but unless Bearman performs better than anyone expects, they should be evenly matched. Which like you said, is pretty bad news for Haas

Good on Nico to keep HAAS in the points consistently. He has vast amounts of experience which would be an asset to any team.

Since Ocon has been labeled as a "problem" teammate, and rightly so, he needs to settle in at Haas and help Bearman all he can to help shake off his reputation. He is quick, so that's a good thing, but if he bangs wheels with Bearman once too often, he won't last the year. Haas is taking a chance with him, but when has Haas ever played it safe with their driver lineup. Personally, I'd like to see Bearman beat Ocon, but That's just me.
I'm with you. Bearman beating Ocon would be great. Ocon should know that trying to drive your rookie teammate off the road to take 10th position is not going to viewed as 'hard racing' by anyone, he'll just look like an idiot

Ocon is a horrible choice, Especially for a team with a limited budget because he’s good for a few bad crashes every year.

I used to be a Haas fan but not if they sign Ocon.
The Haas lineup looks pretty good,provided kamasu can reign in Ocon, he's a pretty good driver and I think Bearmann has the ability to do well in the future.
They'll still be a middle of the road team but progress should come.
It is a mistake to get a French driver in a American team, Ocon is not a team player.

Well looks like I'm done being a Haas fan. A mid field F2 driver and the most insufferable driver on the grid. Great choice HAAS.
Giving Bearman Ocon as a teammate is super dumb move.
The Mazaspin lesson clearly hasn't be learnt by Hass, it goes without saying that Ocon has talent... but isn't a team player and will cause problems.. I though perhaps Ferrari might step in and look after their interest / driver?!? clearly not either!
Ocon is a great driver. He will get a podium at haas on 2025 if the car keeps this form. Bright future ahead.

I used to be a subtle fan of Ocon but his track record (pun intended) is terrible with regards to teammates. I hope Gene puts in a clause that if Ocon gets out of hand with Bearman he's GONE......yesterday!
You did mention a seat available at Sauber ....?? I know Hulk is going there in place of Guanyu but are they kicking Bottas to the curb, or did you misspeak, or did I miss something?
Bottas has no contract for 2025 yet. That second Sauber seat is still up for grabs. Loads of reports have said that Audi really don't rate Bottas and he isn't in their plans. Same with Zhou. I think they really want Sainz and are happy waiting. They know that if they don't get him, then they can just give Bottas a one year contract and try again for someone else in 2025.
They will regret signing Ocon he is a team wrecker.
Signing Ocon after Bearman will be the end of Haas in F1. Bearman has tremendous potential and it will all be ruined by Ocon. It is baffling they would do that. Ocon is probably a great person outside the grid but when it comes to the team environment he is absolutely terrible. Kmag staying would be five times better than having Ocon.
If Ocon is going to Hass I hope they have plenty of spare parts for next year as they are going to need them. If I was a team boss I would never partner anybody with Ocon. He is not a team player
Haas signing ocon is a massive mistake.
Ocon has always had Komatsu as a father figure in racing. This could be his way to redeem himself and this is probably the thinking behind his signing of Ocon. Plus Ocon is a good points scoring driver which K-Mag is not really

My question is whether Ashton Martin is going to be at the back of the grid next year and could we see a departure of Fernando because of that?
why do you think the Hulk is leaving the Haas team? a slow GP2 car and K MAG should do the same, if he cant have a seat in the top, then leave

Bearman knew he was going to Haas in April/May, so that may explain why he didn't perform as well as last season - he may have taken his foot off the peddle - pun intended lol
If that's his attitude he wouldn't survive in F1. You need to be the best of the best to stay in F1, anyone with a mindset of who cares I'll be in F1 anyways doesn't deserve to be on the grid. I think the real explanation is that prema is not good this year and also that he's not that good and probably won't last long in F1. F1 is the cream of the crop, the 20 best drivers and usually only 1 or 2 drivers get promoted from F2 each year, and usually it should be someone who is able to win/place highly in the championship. It's not a place for someone who is 13th in F2 even if his car is not great, he's not even able to keep up with his teammate.
@@GregRJohnson736 I didn't say it was his attitude; I said it could be an explanation that subconsciously affected him. He has since won a race, so there are many different explanations
@@richards9750 I mean we will see, he is already signed to a contract and will be in HAAS next year so not much point arguing over what we will see next year anyways. That being said I don't think he deserves it even slightly and there are better choices out there. He has been super mediocre and the race he did win was a sprint race which we all know from F1 is not the same as winning an actual race.
I wrote out a long comment about how he doesn't deserve to be an F1 driver where there are more capable drivers out there and listed them out but... it just felt like I was explaining what didn't need to be explained. I hope F1 gets better about looking to F2 for talent instead of just grabbing drivers who come in as an emergency driver and do ok in those stints.
if it is true, Haas is in a world of pain, Ocon is the worst person in the field in years. they will loose a lot of fans and will be look at as a loser team

Making content about drivers signing with Haas? That ain't silly season, it's the race to the bottom.
People here are pretty negative about ocon , but tbh , im on other side of it , Tbh there no Driver that probably would be better than Ocon that has the experience aswell . Yes he isnt exactly team player but on His day he is as good as Gasly and Alonso , which HAAS need , there limited amount of choice of driver with similar Skillset as him.

Kevin has been close to Craschtor Splendinado in his performance this year... Horrible performance.
