I watched the video last night. Today I ran to Walmart to get the tortellini and sausage. I used some spinach zi had on hand and this was sooo good! My husband loved it too. He said it was seasoned just right. My printer wouldn't work, so I just replayed your video and cooked right along with you. Thanks so much for sharing! OMG!!! DAAAANNNGGG!!!! Best soup EVERRRRRRR!!!! We made it vegetarian & gluten-free with just a few changes. We use Beyond Meat crumbles, Cholula hot sauce, and ground sumac (instead of cayenne). We didn't have heavy ceam but softened an 8 oz. pack of cream cheese to room temperature and that worked perfectly. It is almost impossible to find gluten-free tortellini (affordably) so we used red lentil spiral pasta. My family is already asking for this to be a weekly meal. 🤣🤣🤣 hehehehe

Today I made 3 dozen of pierogi, 1 dozen potato and chives, 1 dozen of sauerkraut and mushrooms, and last 1 dozen farmers cheese and onion. My Busza aka taught my 8 sibling and me how to make them many, many years ago. My father and his parents came over to America in 1934 from Poland. Love making Polish food!
This looks so delicious Tiffany! I am definitely going to make this. I make a Tortellini en Brodo which is also easy and delicious. It is a clear broth with onions, garlic, carrots, tortellini, chicken broth and spinach. Very yummy with some Italian bread. I enjoy your cooking videos, have a beautiful day!! 💗

We aren’t typically either, but wanted to share that I found an organic cheese tortellini from Italy in the freezer section of our grocery store that was absolutely amazing, not the thick rubbery, chewy bland pasta like most tortellini we’ve tried in the past. Ran about $10 for the pack and had about 4 servings, the brand is Woodstock organic four cheese tortellini if you can find it. It’s cheesy but yet light. I have a gluten sensitivity and so I’m super picky about ingredients. Hope this helps because the dish is amazing!

I'm thinking more in terms of reduced sodium and fat, not necessarily gluten free but that might be of interest to many as well. Oh even sugar free versions might be great, too! Or could you simply mention substitutions as you do your regular cooking? Sorry to be so needy! 😂
Hey sweet friend! Sorry I've been MIA, but as I told you the situation we had with the tornados. Well 6 touched down in our town and there is a lot of devastation and destruction. Thank the Lord I haven't heard of any fatalities. A lot of work putting families back in their homes. Some haven't had power for over a week! Please pray for these families. I know they are an investment but I have invested in some pieces of Le Creuset and I love them but I think certain foods work well with certain pans/pots. I have been very tempted to try the all-clad and would like an opinion on them from someone who uses them frequently...
You mentioned having to use frozen tortellini; could we not use fresh? My grocery store has a n ice selection of all fresh pastas, such as lasagne sheets, fettucines, tortellinis, etc...
