As far as getting new vinyls I’m gonna get some of my favorite old classic movie soundtracks on vinyl like Oklahoma and My Fair Lady and I want the 7 inch Sugar Sugar vinyl by The Archies I love that song
I found a stack full of vinyl records abandoned in my old neighbors shed scattered all over the place not sure if they work but very happy to finally have vinyl records 😊

The late Christine McVie, you can't go wrong with one of her songs. Fleetwood Mac's career spans about 4 decades. Hopefully you will stream some songs from their different lineups. I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised. (Try Sentimental Lady.)
about the picture disc, you can try tocleanit up with some cleaning vinyl solution and maybe the skip will disappear
I'm disabled and also let a pile of records stack up, then after opening them I thought - there seems to be one missing and I have 2 (terrible) records I didn't order. After a lot of hassle I found one guy sent me extra records as "stiffener" - and one guy (who refused to accept anything wrong) sent me the wrong record. It was a nightmare, never had it happened before.
It is possible to buy cardboard sleeves for picture discs with the circle cutout. It then can go in a outer sleeve if wanted. My favourite picture disc is a David Bowie one
