Actually, out of all of the tracks on the PSP, plus the Survival tracks normally used for that mode, one of the tracks did have some changes. You know what it?
It was Airport Terminal, the first Level 2 route changer leads into the terminal itself rather than the underground parking lot

Cutcenes goes from 15 to 25 fps in pc version (not exactly). Is this because the game locked on 30 fps?

i imagine the cutscenes were pre rendered and so yes, they are indeed played at 30-25 fos

360 is the best console version the PS3 has frame rate issues when the screen gets busy, pc version is the best if you have a half decent pc this game looks awesome and you can play with mods and the DLC is available now, it's a shame it only runs at 30fps there is a 60fps mod but it breaks the power plays, if you have a good TV with a frame rate enhancer you can make this game look like it's running at 60fps it runs super smooth on my Samsung 48" 1080p Res with game setting on max settings

The PSP had less power than the PS2 even, so it won't have amazing visuals, but not being able to change colors is really strange, since it wouldn't be hard to program this in the game (i think)
