Actually figured it out. I had to put it into custom mode, which then allow the board to reset, and suddenly the dial started working. We were about to throw this out. Just started working again, even after unplugging it multiple times by clicking custom rotating the dial which then seemed to be fine, then pressing cancel, and went back to regularly working hopefully last. We love this device and use it on a regular basis.
Oh my goodness I’m so glad you had this up here! I’ve seen many videos for roast beef but none of them really turned out to be what I was looking for. I love this one! And you’re funny to watch because you are so genuine just regular mom cooking a regular Sunday meal! Nice job thank you I’m about to go start👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️🌹
Thank you much for posting this video. I was a bit nervous going in, but this was easy to follow and easy to accomplish! Our roast tasted so delicious.
UPDATE: OK, LOL. I should put MY glasses on first too. My spice mix was all clumped together in the jar so I took a gooey clump out and rubbed it all over the roast Smelled fantastic! OOPS, it was Everything but the... pizza! And you made it look SO EASY 😊. But it took me at least 5 minutes to push the rod in, center it, and screw it tight 😂. Putting it in the air fryer was so easy because I used that tool that I thought was just for taking cooked meat out. It's still cooking, so can't say how it will taste, but really looking forward to it! ------------ I'm cooking a trip tip roast tomorrow and although I've done one on the PC rotisserie before, I couldn't remember how long. And I always wondered if we could cook on the drip tray. I'll bet the roasted potatoes were wonderful!
Who knew I’d find your cooking vids while searching for air fryer recipes. I’m trying this tomorrow (Sunday) I use my air fryer outside on stinking hot days.
You are funny (entertaining to watch) & informative! What a genius idea for using the drip tray for the potatoes! Kudos to this video! Thanks for sharing your recipe! My air fryer is very new to me, so excited for new recipes!

I didn’t see you use twine do you not need to? It’s my first time using mine I’m excited by intimidated too. Loved watching your video. I need simplicity in cooking with little kids and you did that so thank ton so much.
Thank you for your lovely comment. I only use twine when something poos loose, or I feel it’s in the way! I just did pork stuffed with stuffing and cranberries. I twined it up, however used the tray! Thanks for sharing! ❤️

You're not really supposed to cook on the drip tray. I have since started covering the drip tray! How'd it turn out?

This is my favorite air fryer video yet- I don't trust these other UA-cam cooks with their fancy kitchens and put together selves. Keep it real sista!

Doing this tomorrow…1st time using my new PC air fryer….ordered it while on vacation in Mexico….
Loved your video and recipe!
After two 2 years of regular use and care the main dial will no longer select anything? Can this be reset or repaired or is it garbage?
I like your recipe great thanks a new follower
Thank you for this video! Will be trying this dish soon :-)

Do you have a printed recipe?
I just got an air fryer and cant wait to do this. What size roast is this?
Thanks for asking! The manual suggests a 4 lb max for the rotisserie. I believe this was a little over 2.5!
How many pounds for the beef please....
What kind of roast was this?
Eye of the round beef
I think you meant to say rotisserie.
Nice video.
Instead of a joke. Could have just jumped up and down a bit..
meat is over cooked need to cut down the time cooking.
I think it looks great
I agree stromimgee I like a pink center🐂
