Just watched your How to Open Coconut video, which is nearly 2 years old. You look quite a lot different, I can tell you've lost weight! Any advice and tips on how to lose weight?

Playing a lot of basketball and walking. Walking at least 10,000 steps a day really helped me.

Can I eat this for breakfast lunch, and dinner?

I like that this meal has no carbs. The avocados you used seemed a little too firm though, like they were not fully ripe.

They weren't perfect but they were still tender. The salt and lemon juice also helps to break them down.

@@KhalilOmar Why did you eat this for 6 months? Were you doing Keto?

I wasn't but this was convenient and quick! Its also something that was hard to grow tired of.

If they were not ripe, they would not/do not peel as easily as is shown here.

@@marnemoe6994 That's funny! I thought the exact opposite. That if they were fully ripe they wouldn't peel as easily as in the video. Mine tend to collapse as I scoop the insides out with a spoon. Next time I get a ripe avocado I will try the knife technique, quarter and peel, that Khalil demonstrated.
