You dont seem to understand the world of prison's. You say something it will only get worse. Guards often look away when messed up stuff happens and even they Do not have a respect for snitches.
Best thing to do is either stand up for yourself even if you get beat down or keep your mouth shut and accept what happens.

Great job. I stopped at least 4 young White kids and one Black kid from getting raped in my 20 year bit in Michigan Dept of Corrections. Even those that click up are often passed around by the gang members. I did real time in Joliet and Menard in Illinois and it would sometimes even happen to male guards and female guards.
