‘Fake Heiress’ Says She Deserves a Second Chance

- Notorious "Fake Heiress" Anna Sorokin invited Inside Edition to her one-bedroom rental apartment on Manhattan's Lower East Side. It's a far cry from the lavish lifestyle she funded by conning banks, hotels and friends. Sorokin is under house arrest as she awaits a deportation hearing that could send her back to Germany. Now, she wears an ankle bracelet and can only leave the building only for scheduled appointments with her probation officer.
Deceit isn’t necessarily a measure of IQ. It indicates that you only want things your own way and that you won’t hesitate to hurt anyone to do so.
No
Nobody is hurt with simply lying tho. She scammed rich ppl who bounced back just fine too.
Like the former American president...
well you need to be smart to be manipulative to this degree, lying, analyzing people and using charisma, if anything shes not just smart shes resourceful
She scammed people who already had tons of money, if anything i'm just impressed at how she managed to do it
Despite her seemingly cold, estranged and nonchalant attitude, alleged acknowledgement of her own wrongdoings and taking full accountability for the unpleasant situation, to say the least, that she put herself in, it is clear as day that she is, again, lying through her tooth.
😂😂twist in the end
Correction: Lying thru her tooth
Of course, but who cares? She is a known quantity. She picks the best possible victims and yes, I agree, she will do it again....but not to me so it's fine.
I like her. Good for her. She conned the 1% lmao

Oh no she took money from a bunch of banks, businesses, and rich people! The horror!
She doesn't even look bothered about anything
Because she'll do it again and suck someone off and make a lot of money
If she doesnt want to look bothered its her choice i mean you cant force her to cry..
@@notwhiterefrigeratoromgple4085 if so why should she given the 2nd chance? She doesn't even look bothered bout it, and she also doesn't feel pity bout people that whose money has been stolen by her. It's same like you supported a Thief. If a pro thief can be gived 2nd chance than the serial killers can too, right?
Both of them don't feel pity 😉
@@notwhiterefrigeratoromgple4085 A criminal will still be a criminal if the crime is ingrained in their mind, same with Anna who is a humbug
@@Hannnahdel you don't have to cry and look sad to be able to be given a second chance.. people deal with stuff differently

How does everyone deserve a second chance
@@gracechase7201 people make mistakes every day, we can’t say she’s a horrible human based on her stealing money, maybe she learned that it wasn’t the right thing and will start working hard
A second chance in another country 👋
@@Pea-G what she did was not an mistake
@Stxr KillerX how is what she did a mistake
She’s no worse than local politicians
I agree with you 💯
No, she’s definitely not. Her gains were voluntary for something that would only benefit the rich anyways. Politicians take advantage of money forcibly taken from our paychecks and away from their original purpose of benefiting us in education, infrastructure, social benefits, and more. And she at least served time. She’s not a good person, but due to the entertaining Netflix series, her net contribution to society is more positive then your local politician 🙃
And the banks
LMAO. It's funny because it's true.
That is a fact though
this is exactly what she wants... and y'all giving it to her

Oh the horror. Not a one bedroom apartment w access and means to get deliveries, go out and about, and do media interviews 😂😂😂🤦♀️ this is insufferable. Cruel and unusual punishment lmao
the horror and the pain, the pain and the horror.
One bedroom in NYC, presumably without roommates. But hey, you forgot to mention that there is sooo much graffiti outside her building 😩
@@guadalupemontoya1819 in the lower east side no less…
This is so unfair for her
Forreal people be acting like a 1 bed apartment is torture or something. People forget that there’s millions of homeless people who would die just to have shelter.
You can tell by her to demeanor that she has learned absolutely nothing. To say that you deserve something after you have caused wrong does not show humility nor understanding of your actions and how it affects others.
What wrong did she do again I forgot all I know is that she manipulated rich people who wanted to manipulate her
@@qwaserdftyghuijkop yes she manipulated rich people. But those people being rich does not mean they deserve to be manipulated and taken advantage of. She showed up to businesses and institutions pretending to be someone she was not. And not everyone that she hurt was super rich. There was a woman who was probably upper middle class but not super well off, who she left to pay off thousands and thousands of dollars of a trip to an island. She basically said hey this trip is on me and then forced that woman to pay for herself and her. The fact that it's rich people that she ripped off does not make it any less morally wrong.
@@Bev4Drawing boo hoo
So, what do you expect her to do?
@@user-ep3fo5vw1v Take accountability and change herself.
She’s real bold to show people where she lives.
I hate when medias give publicity to criminals who definitely don't deserve it, but crave it. Hopefully she doesn't get encouraged to continue down that path
Just like they gave publicity to criminal celebs and politicians
Do you feel like a victim?
- No, absolutely not. It’s my fault. I put myself in this situation. 👍👍
Not saying what she did was right, but you have to admit she's highly intelligent. There's no way I would have been able to get away with half the stuff she did. It's written all over my face if I were to lie 🤣
Being intelligent doesn’t give you the right to lie and rob your closest friends.
Looks and acts like sssniperwolf
Agreed, but I’d go a step further. You find intelligent anywhere. She has true intelligence: set a goal, complete it and get results. Snitching wasn’t her fault. Reminds of that kid who posed as a doctor. I wish those two had a reality show.
@Sophia Daniel still intelligent.. you need to know when to show and act like you have everything..
intelligence can come in different forms. Not just a ‘nerdy’ brain or some sort of secret spy that seduces people to then kill/capture them like from a Marvel movie or something.. it depends on what you define the word :)

Exactly
Except most people know her already lol so it’s gonna be tough
She will get deported. It’s harder to scam in Germany apparently
Seeing this, I have more appreciation for how good the actress was in the Netflix series.
Getting a second chance doesn't mean that the world takes their eyes off of her. She will have to prove herself before she will be left alone to do as she pleases.
She makes ppl realizes how superficial they truly area. People used her as much as she used them. Symbiotic relationships At their finest.
She will be back at it soon. Just look at that smirk😂😂.
Please stop giving this woman a platform.
Yea she deserve a second chance to pull a more successful scam
The girl who played her was spot on. Some people figured it was a made up but she nailed it.
NO, the lady that got her kid into a better school by fibbing an address, deserves a second chance, even the guy who defended himself by hitting his attacker with a chair over the head, deserves a second chance.
She did her time and lets face it none of us care that she conned the rich and almost the banks.

Yes but typically if you legally immigrate come through marriage or work deals to the us you lose those rights on the crime you commit so serious offenses can automatically send you. Back to home.
So true...i know no one in my circles, the 70-100k income group, cares what she did.
seriously. who the hell cares? greedy men got what they deserved thinking they would get in her pants. and screw the banks.
Of course U deserve a 2nd chance… in Germany💯👍👍👍
She's proven herself to be more than a thing of contention. I personally have witnessed the horrendous problems a liar can cause. There's something about her ambition as a con artist. It was huge. Just saying.
second chance for what? con again? lmao
She won't get caught this time

But I keep wondering how she can afford that one bedroom though.

Double standards
She paid her victims... That's rare.
Her 'victims' were accomplices. They were trying to ride her coattails and manipulate her....otherwise she wouldn't have been able to manipulate them so easily. Plus she's not making excuses. I have to respect it.
Frank Abagnale and Tinder Swindler did far worse. I believe.
