@@joeyhoupert9114 the PlayStation store. You can just search up Naruto ninja storm and click on the game and scroll down. It should give you a list of dlc. So it should be asuma kurenai the sound 4 and the 1st and 2nd hokage.

It's part of a remastered bundle of the first three main storm game entries (there's also another one that includes Storm 4)
