I literally just had a breakdown today and I've been suffering from IBS and dermatitis flares the whole weekend... then I sit sunday night to watch your video and everything falls into place. I needed to hear this... now I feel less alone. Sometimes I feel ashamed of how many times I need to start again and change and I feel like: "Am I the looser, pathetic person that doesn't finish anything they start?" I certainly don't want to be... but I feel lost...your video makes me feel seen... better

I’ll comment more as I watch but, I’m a cancer sun and moon and libra rising and omg...I’ve been so intuitive, tired, in pain, and mourning all the past lives I’ve lived just in my 34 years since June. I mean, I’ve been going back starting at 6, when my parents divorced, all the homes, schools, ex step relatives, ex friends, etc. it been a heavy time and idk why I’m feeling it all so much rn. Maybe I’m mourning so much bc it means I’m about to take on a new big chapter (another lifetime). I’m so exhausted lol.
I typed that probably 3 mins into the video and now I’m 9:22 in and wow...yeah, my intuition is way up rn lol.
Cancer sun and just turned 34 too and oh my it’s been so intense. I wake up from dreams of events or dynamics playing out since childhood that I’ve never fully looked at and it’s at the same time of many transformations externally. Sending you lots of love in this time!!! 🐦🔥❤❤❤

I’m sorry to hear that you are in pain. My parents also divorced - acrimoniously, they tore my childhood and each other apart and sent us all to hell - and I can relate to the emotional and psychological damage that lasts long, long into adulthood.
It sounds like you’re grieving for everything that you’ve lost, the safe and settled childhood you didn’t have and all of the consequences that will have stemmed from that loss.
I wanted to check if you’ve heard of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy? It treats childhood trauma, but also allows us to reconnect with our inner child. In doing so, we reparent ourselves and finally give all of the love and nurturing that our parents couldn’t. It’s an effective evidence-based treatment modality, but it is more than that… it’s just so beautiful and profound.

omg me too!! I'm 34 this week and cappy rising. Its been brutal, I'm comforted that it isnt just me, its felt like a deep depression. I never let myself feel how miserable and full of grief I was until now bc i had to always survive/keep giong but it feels like its finally all caught up and im being forced to look at it all.
This whole reading is EXTREMELY relevant and validating. The past few weeks have brought up so much for me. A sensitive and emotional time and definitely cathartic, deep wounds and old stories to be felt and released and re-written. How right you were that we have lived many versions of ourselves for so long now. I felt you when you teared up about trying to be in the world right now. IT IS very hard. I’ve been very emotional, it’s felt very heavy and I had a very strange experience earlier this week that if I hadn’t seen my cat’s reaction to I’d probably have booked an emergency appt with a psych. I was lying in bed with my cat sprawled out on my hip and heard like wings flapping but like something larger. My cat’s reaction was so quick and at the same time I caught a black flash out of the corner of my eye but mostly saw Charlie my cat fly out of here like a bat out of hell. I couldn’t find him for hours and never found anything in my home. It has me puzzled but not afraid. Any ideas anyone? Thank you for this video beautiful, meaningful as always xx♥️

Im curious Sarah about how each full moon has a name for instanxe this is the Buck moon. Maybe its just not resonant for you but id love for you to weave information in about the various cultural significance of thr moons and how it ties in. Every moon i end up googling and researching extra but i think ot woukd flow well into your current format to discuss that aspect of the moon and how that plays in or relates to the astrology!
