winston crowdsurfing to jeffs solo during karma might be the greatest PWD moment ive ever seen. holy shit. that whole song was mental. this whole set is mental. wife is mad i am air drumming.
okay wait the end with the guys together holding arms was the best PWD moment ive ever seen.

Those flames during Crushed were epic. I have to hand it to them. They almost stole the show from slipknot. Couldn't think of a better support act, and I'll definitely be seeing them again.
I know this was only a month ago but I wish I was back here. I was deep in the pit for their whole set
I know Parkway drive are massive but its cool to see them playing second last at a festival as big as this with top tier international acts. I remember looking at the lineup for a few soundwaves 10 years ago and struggling to find some Australian bands on the bill
Too bad Ghostseeker wasn't on the lineup.
Fr, bruh. I'm glad slipknot put them as the second overall headliner, considering this is their home and how big they are. Obviously, they won't be the last band of the night as it's slipknot's festival, and they are going to headline it no matter what.
They headlined wacken and hellfest hard to beat that
That was my first time seeing them live. They put on a great show 👏

Welcome to the family! Better late, than never. I first saw them on the tour cycle for their album "Deep Blue" (they were maybe 3rd on a festival line up after Volbeat and Arch Enemy) and they wiped the floor with most of the bands on the main stage that day

what a show, dont normally get into parkway, might be the difference in studio vs live sound, but they put on a hell of a show, glad i was there to see it

Seen parkway a few times but this was their best overall performance from the crowd surf in karma to the pyrotechnics on stage and the whole theme, was glad they played some older songs too, thanks for the upload

I saw them when they came to Huntington NY at The Paramount Theatre with Memphis May Fire and Currents it was the most fun I've had at a show in a long long time these guys were so humble and excited to be there I also met them as well such a cool memory
It's massive! Hope to see first time this summer in Germany.

Back in the day, my mate played some of their earlier stuff. For some reason I didn't get into them. Yesterday was my first time seeing them live.
As an Aussie I really should have checked them out before now. Twenty years late, but holy fucking shit. They more than deserved the number two slot.

Exact same here, heard them once or twice and it just never “hit me”. Saw them Friday night and they blew me away with how good they were. What an incredible sound, they gave slipknot a run for their money. I actually think I preferred PWD performance over Slipknots 🤷♂️
I saw them live back when I was in high school (2006ish I think) Just really went because there wasn't many heavy gigs you could go to underage back then, Didn't think much of their set then but thought it was cool. A few years after I heard some of their stuff and found they had really turned into a top tier band with some kickass songs and epic stagecraft. Probably the hardest working band from Australia

They must put older songs to their setlist!!!!!!
They played karma and carrion which would be considered older songs but it would be awesome to see songs like boneyards, romance is dead and smoke em if ya got em back in the set list for sure, killing with a smile and horizons are imo their best work

They are still amazing, but I really miss Horizons, Deep Blue, Killing and Atlas songs in the setlist... I hope that in Summer Breeze Brasil Deliver Me, Home is for the Heartless, Idols and Anchors, Romance is Dead among others, they can to go back.
I did Sydney and brisbane back to back no sleep, nearly blacked out half way through slipknots second set from dehydration and pure exhaustion, and I would do it all over again! Parkway and slipknot tore the fucking house down at all 3 shows, Winston blew his voice out half way through brisbanes set and still soldiered on like a warrior, absolute animal

I had another phone, an S10 5G, and 2 powerbanks with me, my S23 Ultra still had 46% battery power remaining after filming Slipknot and Parkway Drive starting at 100%.

They do the odd show dedicated entirely to their old stuff every now and then
Parkway Drive is that band that even if you have never been into their music, if you're Australian, you still love and respect them and know probably too much about them 😂
