I have question
It is possible to this Brrrr with 4plex ? Very hard to find comps to 4plex sometime. And sometime when you get it the equity not enough
For example: 200K PP , 50K remodel
310K ARV it’s not enough ..

I get it you’re trying to make money off of UA-cam and extend your videos as long as possible but it’s very repetitive and for someone that’s trying to get something out of your videos. It’s it demeans your credibility. Please take out the fluff and get more to the point. We’re trying to make money and not spend an hour listening to what our lives could be like if we invested in real estate. We’re already on these videos because we’re ready to invest in real estate.

Wouldn't him repeating himself be more beneficial in that it makes what he says more absolute than questionable? Cause if he's saying something different and contradicting himself, I wouldn't know whether to believe and/or consider his advice.
