One of my friends has been telling me all about this show for weeks. And to be able to watch it from far away, is incredible. You guys are awesome!!! Keep up the good work. So proud. I loved every second, even got chills!!!
As someone contracted with them in ‘20 but never got the chance to actually perform with these guys I’m so happy. That year a vet I knew from University of Washington drumline told me he heard rumors they were gearing up for a full tour/going to finals. I’m so glad to see it happen. Columbians are really underrated and have a design team that works really well together and does interesting stuff
@@lumpenintelligentsia_2063 I saw! I was contracted for ‘20 but had some family crises and couldn’t march with them in ‘21. Was depressed and too out of practice for ‘22 and aged out. It was such an awesome group and a lot of the UW drumline including me made them and were hyped about rumors they were gunning to go to finals. So despite everything I’m very attached to this group! Would have liked to see them a little higher but 4th with 76.388 is awesome for a debut on the East Coast tour scene!
Actual traditional drill along with more interpretive segments is quite refreshing to see
