I bought one a year ago, apart from frequent tightening and ignoring the constant creaking it has been ok (given my limited space).I had to replace faulty castors around 3 months in. However now the gas lift just failed. So I will be replacing with something from eBay, I will advise how it went.

Thank you i wanted to make sure i was connecting the backrest to the seat properly. I kept thinking the metal of backrest needs to slide under the tilt mechanism but now i know its on top!

My chairs arm is coming off, but the black clip that u put when uve adjusted the hand rest, isnt coming off how do i get the arm rest to come out and re fix it
