Mike, I for one am impressed. You managed to do that with only one horn. I just buy new or rebuilt parts now to avoid any problems, not that rebuilt parts don't have their own problems. Thank you for another great video.

I had to change one on a 2002 ford thunderbird. They called it the heater control valve. What fun that was . No room those stupid squeeze clamps all were facing the wrong way ! Not fun at all . Hey 👋 Mike ❤

Would've Drilled It & Ran A Screw & Bolt That's Just Me,Now My R129 Only Puts Out Air From The Side Vents Not The Middle So I'm Beyond Pissed & It's Something Under The Dash To Fix To Get It To Work,Soon Going To Be Sending You Both These Headache's To MWM Always Never Ending Benz Problems,Thanks At least I See How To Fix One Model I Don't Have,Enjoyed It GM.

Just take the solenoids off the top, and push the broken stems through the manifold. Send the new manifold back and save $350. That's what I would have done. Plastic manifold with brass valves. Good job, sir. Love your content.

i am curius IFF this could do the trick, my e36 have also this valve( seperate temp also) looks almost the same.. til today have not a failed valve yet. but 1 thing for sure? the type of coolant is crusial for german cars... also italian... almost all cars today but old germans also!
