Oh no! Now you have given me yet another idea for a long weekend trip I don’t need. Now I want to do a quick trip with my dog. Like 4 days - 2 park days (send doggo to the daycare). And spend 2 days chilling and doing outdoor stuff with the doggo. 😂
For a large family, Fort Wilderness is the only place to go in my opinion. We have stayed there about 9 times in the past 19 years (we now have 10 in the family for the past 3 trips so we need 2 cabins) and off-season cabins are the best option for us. We drive so we eat most of our meals at the cabins to save a great deal of cash. Being in a cabin is also great because the noise issue is so reduced. I will say that carts are a must to get the best out of the place. You can do it without, but it makes life so much easier. Finally, there is a Fort Wilderness cult, so to speak, and that adds to the community and fun.
I like the theming of this area. I’m not sure I’d ever camp in Disney, but I’d definitely try the cabins. I need to try out the musical revue soon; looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for the suggestions!
We Love love love the wilderness lodge !!! Every trip we eat there at least once !! Our best meal ever was with Snow White , dopey the evil queen etc ! Our vegetarian meal was lovely !! I finally had my emotional meet with Dopey ! Snow White was precious - the evil queen was delightfully scary - the cast members were incredible!! The bar next door was beautiful and the cast members were also incredible !! Shopping … where else can you get a Smokey the bear hoodie ??? 💜💚🩵🩷🐾😎
We love the Fort. And watch All Ears too. But sorry Fry Bucket you missed a few points. Crockett’s Tavern isn’t just a “Walkup window”, they have seating inside and even a bar to sit. “The Boat” isn’t the only way to get to Magic Kingdom, there’s a bus also available. And “The Fort” is the original resort. Just pointing a few out.
Curious, I have a small Airstream Basecamp Trailer, which I love! I love it because, I can also haul my small 1972 Honda CT70 Trail Bike inside of it. My 'lil Honda is street legal, with current affixed license and registered here in California, but it is gas powered. Would I be able to ride it around the campgrounds? Being a 4-stroke motor, it is pretty quiet and has about the same top speed as a golf cart.
So if you just want the early entry, early reservation booking, and early lightning lane booking, could you just book a campground and not actually stay there?
I have a question about the wifi. Is it pretty automatic like at the parks or do you have to log in on a website ? I wanna take my google chrome with me camping
We stayed at the Fort in our 5th wheel with our yorkie along. We did rent a golf cart, which Hubby and the dog loved. A few words of caution for the RVers. Yes, technically you can fit a big one on some of the sites but the roads are narrow and getting into some of the sites is tight. We happened to have one of the big trash cans right across the road from our site and backing a big ole dually with 0 turning radius and pulling a 5th wheel was not fun. If you have never had a RV and are thinking of renting one to check it out, don't think the Fort is a normal RV campground. #1 it costs much more than you normally pay and #2 most RV campgrounds you are lucky you have a pool and maybe a playground. We loved it but are experienced and knew all the pros and cons.
Hi Fry, I don't know, if I had the choice of the Floridian or the Fort Wilderness resort, the Wilderness resort seems more fun. I know you used to work at Galaxy Edge, but did you ever work at any of the resorts? If you had your choice, which resort would you pick? 🙂
Here’s a fun new challenge you guys can do: I’ve seen several posts on Disney fan pages about “Planning a day at Disney World for someone you hate” so it would be probably irritating but amusing and fun at the same time if you guys actually tried one or more of them 😅
I'm a simple man, I see Fry.. i click to watch 😁

I really like your videos! You seem authentic and present the info in an easy to the point way!
We’re trying Hoop-Dee-Doo in 2 weeks. Can’t wait
It is AWESOME !!!!

Thank you for this video! Simple & to the point. I'll be staying in Fort Wilderness in April! I'm super excited

such a great resort - you can totally do a full resort day there!
Fry Bucket in the House! Let’s Go!
THIS IS MY FAVOURITE ALL EARS VIDEO! I NOW WANT TO CAMP AT FORT WILDERNESS FOR A WEEK AND NOT DO ANY PARKS ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Boat is not the only way you can get to Magic Kingdom from this resort. You can also take the bus from the Settlement as well.
it’s like you knew i just booked a fort wilderness cabin
Nice job, Fry. 👍
We need to see FryBucket's Can Can Dance!

Disney seems to be going all-in on DVC.
Like tooo much, like to the point of removing resort theming in exchange for bland theming….

The change at Trail's End from Buffet to quick service is disappointing.
I’m so excited for my Disney trip on June 5

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CAMP PLEASE? CAN YOU HIRE TENTS?

Have y’all stayed at coronado springs ?
Think you might have to do another challenge but with the winners getting to stay in the new cabins!
Rumor is the cabins will now be considered deluxe after they become DVC, or it will be only moderate resort with magic hours at the end of day.
they are deluxe.
How much is a golf cart rental?
$65.73-$84.51 per day depending on the time of year (higher if it's a busier time)

Is the Snow White dinning here??
No, Storybook Dining with Snow White is over at the Wilderness Lodge Resort!
Good spiel
I would enjoy staying at the RV park and doing nothing else.
But aren’t there gators in those waters? Doesn’t seem like an ideal place to camp.
The cabin remodels look gross. Why is Disney “untheming” everything. I go to Disney to get immersed in a story iutside of my day to day life.
Overpriced for average food.
