@@cn9782 moveset for a select few characters was actually good, but the roster, although big and pleasant to look at, had some goofy and useless characters. For the fatality system it's not that bad, because doing the same fatality over and over again can become boring at some point.
Deception was the best 3D era Mortal Kombat game.

Modern fighting games are way too complex to have a balanced roster with this many characters. You would be sacrificing quality for quantity.

The only people killed in this were Blaze, Li Mei, Kenshi and possibly Sheeva. It was retconned in Mortal Kombat 2011 that they died.

Everyone starts going up the pyramid. Meanwhile, way in the back, Mokap is watching everything and gets a thought.
He walks around the pyramid and sees another staircase in the back, no one else there. So, he just shrugs and starts walking up.
So while everyone is fighting and killing each other in the front, Mokap would be casually walking up the back way, probably whistling "Blow the Man Down" along the way, and getting to the top first.

Mortal Kombat Armageddon was the first Mortal Kombat game I ever played and it has been forever sense I saw this intro and it has one of my favorite announcer voices. Plus when “Old hatreds would be revived and seeing zombified Lu Kang didn’t scare me when I was little but when I saw it again today it sent chills and those bone snapping

Before we get another Armageddon, can we reintroduce the fighters that we haven’t seen in this timeline? Many 3D era can benefit from a solid redesign and more in-depth lore.
MK12 can introduce back many of the 3D era and develop them further.
MK13 can be another Armageddon.
I don't think I want to see all these characters mindlessly killing each other unless there's a damn good reason

Best mortal kombat intro ever made. I remember I enjoyed creating characters, now that idea should be brought back. The 3d Era of mortal kombat wasn't really good for me but Armageddon could be an exception, it was fun and it had the best konquest mode

Something I noticed.
Here, Onaga grabs Shao Khan and carries him off to who-knows-where. In the opening of the reboot, however, Shao Khan is on top of the pyramid and fighting Raiden, who was also nowhere near the top of the pyramid at the time.
I suppose it's possible that Shao Khan defeated Onaga and returned to the fight, and it's equally possible that Raiden fought his way to the top in time to face Shao Khan. The change just sticks with me, is all.
It's also weird to be seeing the old continuity. Wasn't Ermac a good guy at this point? And why does Kenshi always get done so dirty?

Actually onaga did kill shao because if u notice that Shang tsune was beginning to die that means shao is dead. It's worth noting that shao had Shang tsune soul bound to him so that when he dies, so does Shang tsune. Yes ermac is good and is on the side of light and I don't know why kenshi was done dirty tho. Armageddon intro wasn't supposed to be cannon but ed boon decides to reckon it into being cannon which sucks. I wanted to see Dark Raiden serve Onaga and Fujin tries to restore him. If u didn't know, Raiden got corrupted by Onaga's essences so there.
