Thx for the video. I think u are underrating lev and oth. Oth vs tyr. Of course tyr is the value option but 1)skill cooldown is btr than buff duration. Lets use some examples 50% buffduration vs 50% skill cd. On a skill with default 10s buff with 20s cd. 50Cd = 10s buff, 10s cd (100%uptime) 50BuffD: 15s buff, 20s cd(75%uptime) Any reducing percentages is always btr den additive percentages, its just how math works. Argument for buffduration is that skill cd doesnt work on gems. However we also have to considern that buff duration dont matter on most skills including teleport. Thus, skill cd is significantly btr. (Also, buffduration has a cap too, forget the exact number on cap, its around 70% if i recall correctly maybe someone who knows this number can correct me). 2)Lev vs ece/ast. And raum. Well ece is clearly the budget build. In this game i would argue 6% ms isnt all that impt unlike traditional moba. This is mainly due to the difference in ping, style of play, quality of play. Maybe i can see the argument for like barbs and tempests bk to go ece. But given how the crit mechanic works, bonus multipliers, armor pen application, bypassing block etc, 12% critdmg is extremely impt for bursting. As for raum i dont see it as viable at all. You made the argument that primary dmg is not that impt(which is true). However theres still misc and legendarygem dmg. And even if we assume skill dmg is 100% of the dps, no gems, no set effects. Its still 10% dmg (a diluted stat) vs 12% critdmg. Im still taking critdmg lols.
@@bl0odwr4th strong arguments there and good ones. 👍🏻 however i didn’t outright say OTH is not the better option. There is a 30% cd reduction cap. I mentioned that it can be obtained from awakenings. So depends on your key skills. If ur key skill already has 30% crd then no point in taking that. Eg - using wraith form essence in pant, armor and main hand. For Beneficial effect duration i took help from mao’s video where he said there is no cap to it. He stacks up to 90%+ beneficial effect duration. So Something that u are already using triple cdr from awakening like in wraith form, adding beneficial effect duration can help. But yeah, I totally see your point. Not all skills will have 30% cdr. So based on your character and the stats in your gears (skill cdr stat available in set pieces as well) gotta choose one :)
Personally, I think the MH rune that causes primary attacks to inflict chill is best in slot - but I’m a tempest who uses primary attack and zephyrs (the rune procs off of zephyrs primary attacks too) and run plus dmg to loss of control reforges
Hi, mate. A little bit a devour from the videos topic, but I got a question regarding a Necro projectile build. Does any of those skills apply a continual damage? Cuz I also built a green set that you recommended, but I caught myself on a thought that where do I get that continual damage applied from?
DoTs can be applied from gems like vipers bite, everlasting torment etc. In case you do not have that, you can look into a corpse lance essence that apply decay for 3 seconds (havent tested if the 2nd one works with BoE, will have to check)
For low reso, i think some lego runes are sellable. Something like ZHU that gives 4% crit i would not sell. So kinda depends. & i feel some lego runes prices wont drop anytime soon.

Thanks bro, this helped me a lot.
Great video. Thanks!

That does sounds great for tempests.

Continuous damage are for example, poison, burn, chill, bleed, decay and many other.
Do you think it’s still worth selling Lego runes at this point with the hopes prices drop in the future?

Are the Rune magic effect nerf by 1/3 in pvp ?
Yes! (except move speed. I am not sure if that is nerfed or not)
Movement speed is not nerfed in pvp no matter the source😊
maybe firstly you need an "furnishings" rune :D
@@marvin1300 haha. I do.
