Hey Kenn. Omg. Im so happy for u. Congrats. But I have a little tip. In case u worry about sudden infant death syndrome. Never let him sleep on his side or on his stomach. Especially when he's under 1 year old.
Most babies start sleeping on their belly’s when they roll. SIDS has a variety of factors
Yh but some babies when they learn to move around or roll there gonna end up on thete stomach maybe not side but she might be asleep when he switches to another position
I don’t think she was worried abt that but ok
It is fine to let babies sleep on their side and/or stomach if they can get themselves into that position. They should always be placed on their back initially, but if they roll during the night, you can let them stay. At that point, they have enough strength and body awareness to be able to get themselves out of that position if they get stuck and/or call out for help. But they should be placed on their back until 15 months
Also, SIDS is almost entirely a genetic factor. There is a gene that some babies have that is responsible for it and you obviously can't help if your baby gets the gene or not. Yes, there are things you can do to reduce the risk such as placing them on their back in a safe space with nothing in or around their sleep space, making sure they are not dressed TOO warmly, etcetc ... but it is a gene that is responsible for SIDS

Praying for everything to go as smoothly as possible for you! I completely understand wanting your body to go into this naturally. My little one came into the world by me being induced, everyone's experience is different. I am glad you are prepared for it, if necessary, but I still hope it goes to your plan. Stay calm and enjoy every moment!!
