She can cook anything and everything . She's simple and classy .And I love the way she takes special care and attention to her ingredients. Neet, clean yummy , yummy food.
Is anyone else totally impressed with the videography, her ability to speak English and her survival skills, her cooking talents , her resourcefulness and that nothing is wasted? I sure am, incredible videos. The dishes always have beautiful presentation too. Why not just appreciate the cultural differences?
I agree! Some people might say "why didn't she remove this" or "who did you keep that" but, I appreciate her using the ingredients to their full extent and as you said nothing is wasted! Cant say I would eat everything she has cooked but that's the beauty of it which is, learning another's culture.
I know, right? While I can't take spice very well, I always enjoy watching other people cook their style of cuisine! I'm litterally drooling over what she just made! :)
I've been watching your videos since you first published them. I want to comment on your videographer... one of the reasons why I have followed you is the professional level of the videos. The videos are artistic, rustic, and at the same time, convey authenticity, which adds to the genuine interest on your channel. The balance between visual, sound, and editing is fresh.
Agreed!! Her video quality is great and she has improved in making her videos, talking a little more. I just wished she talked more, or explain at the end of the video how the food tastes
Nothing wrong with beef tongue it is all meat and very tender. Here I boil it for about 3 to 4 hours in seasoned water and onions. It is much easier to skin then and the meat is already cooked just have to slice and eat. I know it is different way to cook it for her recipe and it looks very good. Too bad some people have to make such rude comments. If you don't like something you don't have to watch
Love, love, love this girl! This shows other cultures ability to make delicious food out of few ingredients without using a ton of prepacaged, processed and empty calories food . Bravo, I will keep on watching and enjoying 🤤🤤🤤
I like how you don't waste any part of the animal which lost its life for humans. It's not only shows intelligence but also respect for food. You rock girl.
Ms. จารุณี Here in the US, it pops up every once in a while at the grocery stores, around seven to twenty bucks. But usually you have to go to the butcher shop and get it. A Mexican lady that showed me how to make cactus also showed me how to cook tongue. Very 😋 yummy
I dont get why people are being so judgemental. If it's a food resource why would you want to waste it? Are you forgetting that chicken nuggets from McDonald's is literally ground up chicken carcass? Honestly the nerve of some people.
@@zaharaazure73 In tne kitchen, an animal's carcass is what remains after taking most of the meat. A chicken carcass, in the culinary sense, would be chicken bones with a tiny bit of meat attached to it, sinews, etc, usually used for broth.
@@pamafa3147 exactly. I buy whole chicken and cut it apart and keep the carcasses for broth and I use turkey part also for broth. It makes excellent broth. Better than store bought. why can't you just respect our way of living and our food? i am from the philippines and we also cook this, we called it lenggua estofado.....we can't live on fast food alone.. jeeezzzz.. 😑😑😑
I respect it I think she an amazing wonderful chief she does very well with what she has and by the way I think she has a lot more than most people watching her , some people are just straight out not smart at all forgive they can’t help it ! Great job
Exactly....I agree with you....that is your culture and who are we to judge your culture?? Many country eat different food that I'm not used to see...so what's the problem...and no its not vile or any other adjective people use
Here in my country we eat cow's tongue as well! We slice it into small pieces and make a skewer then grill it, or make a curry with it. It's tender and chewy 😁 thanks for sharing your recipe! 💕
For her to be cooking outside, everything is always so clean, I just love watching her make these insane dishes! I'm super Americanized, like I only eat pasta, pizza, and burgers, yet oddly enough, I would at least try all her dishes, they look super appetizing and healthy!!!
Sros hi, oi, olá...amo sua culinária, sua cozinha, tão singela e tao rica, VC saboreia com tanto gosto, manda um pouco pra cá rsrsrs, outro lado do continente .... 👍👍👍👍👍
I am impressed that you are able to cook that way over open fire! Really impressive to be able to keep the heat constant! Love your channel! Thank you for bringing it to us!
As many times as I have seen cow tongue for sale I never saw it prepared let alone ate it...probably won't, either. If Sros cooked for me I'd try most of what she makes, she is amazing.
I have seen some negative comments about this video. Asian people have a large variety of food resources, and they are also very resourceful of everything. One of the evidences of this is seen in Asian food. We all have different culture. It may be true that we found weird things to other races, but so common to us.
Sros is pretty💖 I love the fact she always cook something peculiar and the result is beautiful... Not to mention she also have manners when she eats I love Sros and her channel^^
I love that you are able to survive in your own, and you help provide food or others!❤️ But is anybody questioning the fact that she is wearing what could may be a golden bracelet and a diamond ring?
Hey Sros! I love your recipes, and I specially liked this one. I'm from Brazil, and where I'm from (Nordeste), cow tongue is considered a kinda fancy and party food in my family. My grandma's recipe is amazing, she does the tongue with Parisian mushrooms in a thickened wine sauce. But I'm curious for your recipe, must taste really good 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗❤❤😀
First time I'm seeing that cow tongue is a delicacy too ..Because of her videos we're getting such exposure .. very hygienic and good presentation ..Im into exploring ur culture now😊
I remember always seeing cow tongue in the market thinking yuck how can people eat that, but I actually tried it when my ex's mom made it and we ate the cow tongue like taco meat lol after she cleaned, boiled /fried and chopped it up lol..omg it was very DELICIOUS!!!!!!!
I will admit i am a wicked animal lover but... when you live in a different country with limited resources you have 2 make do. Sros is so pretty and the way she prepares and presents the food is wonderful. Such beautiful simple meals using all fresh ingredients is awesome!! Much better than most of the poison found in grocery stores. Great job Sros love your videos.
I know cow tongue is good. I love to watch her cook, it's just hard for me to watch some of the things she cooks getting broken down, cleaned etc I do watch anyway however it is interesting just kind of yucky lol!I think you're so cute and classy Sros! Keep cooking!!

After I boil it I sauté it with onions and tomatoes 😋 can eat it with rice like a guisado or with some home made tortillas ❤️
It's nice served with mustard sauce and salads. The way we eat it in SA 🇿🇦

Maria Hughes McDonalds uses white meet for their nuggets. They’ve done that for a while now. They used to use bits for them years ago.
@@zaharaazure73 ??? A carcass literally means the "remains". A dead body, the remains of a chicken after the meat has been eaten is the carcass.
They forget this is how our ancestors ate we literally just waste a lot of food by being so picky.
