@Tj Hunt , Owner of a beautiful grabbler blue 24" mustang here. the carplay is a issue with the bluetooth when the car turns on or something. all you need to do is disconnect your phone from the car, turn your bluetooth off on your phone then reconnect through the bluetooth services on the car, not the carplay. then once connected you can go into carplay. but dont just start playing music. press the spotify or apple music and play a song through that. it should 2work after that

I live down the street from flat rock assembly, I can confirm that these get driven off the lot and on the highway for a breakin and test as they usually take about 10 out a time all in a line on a set route.
Must be nice to get a motor over nighted. My 2017 l5p had a glow plug tip break off and go into the cylinder. I’ve been waiting for a motor for over 2 months

@Tj Hunt just a heads up, I have had the launch control feature destroy two engines using it. better launching it yourself, crank sprocket broke twice when launching it in my gt using the feature or just go ahead and upgrade to a billet crank sprocket and be worry free. Especially since you are putting a supercharger on it.

The tactile buttons for AC is why I went with xlt vs platinum when I got my expedition, sure I miss out on all the bonus tech but after getting out of a loaded VW that had zero tactile buttons that was a big thing for me to have.

When you bring it in for the motor, you may want to buy an aftermarket clutch and install it while everything is apart. There's a flaw with the OE clutches. The ones Ford uses are weak, and under heavy acceleration they twist and go out balance, is the best way I can put it. When it happens, you get a terrible vibration. Its so bad that it destroys both the engine and transmission. The last one I did had 4000 miles on it, and when I pulled the motor and trans out and separated them, big chunks of the engine block and bell housing were falling on the floor. I've had this happen several times, and most of the other techs I work with had them, as well. If you drive the car easy it won't happen, but it looks like you're not a collector. Normally I wouldn't post something like this on an open forum because I don't like to deal with all the youtube "experts", but after watching your video, it looks like you're a high risk for this to happen. And if any of those "experts" are reading this post, I'm not arguing with you. Yes, I know you've never heard of this problem and no, I don't owe you an explanation. If you guys don't believe me, I'm perfectly fine with that. This post is for the guy who owns the car, not you.

I have a MK4 Focus, it's sad because there's not much you can do to it, but those recaro seats... hmmm... i wonder if they fit on the focus! My dream is to either build the one i own or buy the newer MK4.5 ST with the leather seats and interior! Unfortunately i currently can't afford anything, i have Leucemia and had to skip some days, and i didn't had the energy i once had, and i was on the 3 months trial period so they had to let me go! Good for you. You’re lucky. I’ve been a die hard Ford guy my entire life. It anymore. The 2.0 Turbo engines from 2015 to 2019 have a serious design flaw with coolant intrusion. They are aware of the problem. They actually have a TSB on the issue and they won’t do anything about it. I have a Ford Edge with low mileage that is undriveable due to this problem. I have warned everyone I know about the situation. I still haven’t decided what to do with the Edge Platinum.
you can adjust the temp control through the ford voice commands through the button on your sterering wheel. down to the exact degree and level of the fans
My father left me his 14 5.0 manual with 24k miles. I love it and will never sell it. I looking to get a Shelby or maybe a Dark horse. I want on that more up to date not 100% on a s550 or a s650 yet. I love how yours is optioned.
