So... the speedrunning community made a 'mod' that deliberately replicates a glitch in the game that only occurs on certain hardware, so that everyone who doesn't have the same hardware can run it fairly. That's pretty... weird. And awesome. And weird.
The really difficult run for AoD would be glitchless. You just need to avoid any and all surfaces in the game, just in case Lara decides to fall into another dimension behind a crate
i know people mainly come for the speedrun but the after run content provided by the crowd during the break was one of the funnyest things i've seen at a GDQ event they arn't given enough credit XD
what has Core Design done? i mean that game is a complete mess in terms of programming! almost feels like they never made a TR game before but they did... 5 times! i guess their plans were just to ambitious for the time they had given best example is the "level-up" system.
Runner introduction starts at 0:12.
Run starts at 1:27.

Unplayable? AoD may not have been as polished as the classics but it was totally playable. I had it for ps2.

Awesome guy, awesome run :D
The guy is a bit hard to understand sometimes but he has amazing energy! Amazing run
Yeah he seems like a really nice guy but I have to say it is difficult to understand some of the things he's saying at times. Cool run though!
He's so talented haha. He does have a thick accent.
"My legs feel stronger!"
Then intentionally broke her legs in next 2 levels 😂

I love all the high-energy runners there's been quite plent of them this year. First time a runner from South Korea that's pretty cool!
I want to see the cool, 1 minute glitch that they wanted to show off at the end. Anyone know what they were talking about?

That's a mighty fine AoD speedrun! Awesome job!
reminds me of the arabian nights run from agdq 2018. glitchy bad game and no walls and weird warps and stuff.
The most glitched Tomb Raider
Me before the run" IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to take down this game in 40minutes.. just ho.."
1:27 OKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
This guy is awesome. Really enjoyed the run.
I don't care what anyone says this is the best Tomb Raider game
i myself really like it
You are crazy, this was one of the worst.
@@EraseTimeNah the uncharted rip-off ones are.

Where can I find that cool glitch they wanted to show at the end?
I want to see it as well! It's not on his yt channel.
I wanna see it as well!
bad game as it was, it was nice to see a speedrun of it.
For those unaware, recent mods aside, PAL PS2 is the most complete and least buggy version.
Best thumbnail
Speedruns of bad games are the best
Great runner!

Igor Augusto the Strahov isn't far
I changed my mind about that Strahov code after seeing this
Nice run and good commentates. Good job plastic rainbow. Really nice English. It's a bit shame that I couldn't watch the last glitch.
Very entertaining!
How i dont remember the level with lasers at 12 but the laboratory with plants yes? hu?
I really wanted to see the 1 minute glitch that they wanted to show off at the end. what was it?
Very nice!
I couldn't even get past the tutorial mission in 25 minutes in this game. Wow.
PlasticRainbow is AGDQ2019 best catboy nyow~
Tomb Raider And the Angel of Bugness👀
This game looks pretty good for a 2003 release !
This game is SOO brooken already
Ohhhh one of my fav TR games 😏👍
01:43 - 05:40
could never finish this because it just locked and I couldnt do anything
Amazing run. This game had such horrendous controls that it made me never want to touch another Tomb Raider game again.
Nyow

Couldn't understand most of that but cool run though!! :D
Also, this game looks really bad lol. Glad i never played it XD
What an awful lookin game, had it when I was younger
I thought asain people only used cat sounds (nyau) in anime, guess today I was proven wrong. Joking aside, I enjoyed the run, awesome job.

best example is the "level-up" system.
They had to cut tons of content and ship an unfinnished game, with chunks of levels missing.
Publisher forced them to rush out the game and there was a whole bunch of technically issues due to problems developing for the PS2.
I know this game is laggy and glitchy as fuck but I didn't remember it to be THIS glitchy
