Bouldering in Boone | A Southeast Climbing Trip '23-'24 (Part 1)

I had such an incredible experience bouldering in Boone in the fall of 2022 that I decided I wanted to organize 2023 so I could spend the first part of the winter bouldering season back in the high country. Idk if it's the scenery, bushwhacks, food, or tight-knit community but Boone bouldering and it's local scene have a special place in my heart. Thanks to everyone who helps make these trips so fulfilling!
In this video, you'll see a handful of the boulders I was able to send during the first part of my 7 week trip to the United States from November 2023 to early January 2024. Featured boulder problems can be found across the North Carolina Highlands in areas such as Boone, Grandmother Mountain, Blowing Rock, the 221 Boulders Circuit.
Please note that the grades listed are according to local consensus and are relative when compared to other boulders in Boone and the surrounding high country. Climb and have fun! 🙈
