Hi, just wanted to say that every time I've looked for a video/tutorial that actually helps me solve my (sometimes niche) Autodesk problems, I always end up seeing your name somehow. Your work is great, I've sharpened my Autodesk skills a lot thanks to you, it even helped me getting a better job. Cheers from Peru, Jeff Bartels!
Looks like a great video, just skimmed it for now. You had to release it at 5pm on a friday! Haha, I'm just kidding. I'll definitively be watching through this. Thanks for the great content Jeff!
Geate Job, In 20:50 you metion the lights. Is there a way to import Point or Objects from Cad and to exchange these points to there 3D-Light-Objects? This would help me ALOT! I want to aviod placing all manualy THANKS!!!
@Jeff Bartels. Great Presentation like always! I am using latest version of Infraworks (trial) downloaded a few days ago. But your workspace here is totally different than mine. I dont have any Ribbon Tool Palate like you have on top. Also, your workspace is dark like ACAD or C3D but mine is white. And I dont see any setting to make my workspace match yours. Am I missing something?
Hi Yasir, I'm using InfraWorks 2020.1. To my knowledge there is no other interface available for this version. I would check on your end and verify the version you are using.
hello jeff, nice video. One questio, how can i create .pos file to georeference fbx files? thanks man.

has infraowrks already started to import pressure network from C3d? If yes from *.dwg or *.imx file? Is it also possible to import corridor styles through *.imx rather than *.dwg?
Hi James, At present time, InfraWorks models are illuminated using sunlight only. To create a night time rendering, (if possible), I would recommend exporting your model to .FBX and importing it into Navisworks. Navisworks includes several different light sources and can be rendered in the cloud to create night time images.
