I feel kind of BLEH. Hard to tell if it's because of the benzos (13.5 months off). I'm looking forward to warmer weather and stronger sunlight. Hang in there.
In my tapering the burning is the worst. The skin, the sensations of agitation muscle twitches. Depresseion and anxiety. And feeling like I am going to fall over ever couple hours. I am going to start taking a supplement. Or even research flamazinal. Or something.
So sorry I know all those feels well very classic withdrawal unfortunately. Please do a TON of research on supps and other meds purported to help with symptoms as for many it can make matters worse. However everyone is vastly different. Just always ask around do research etc. sorry you are suffering!!
I’m 2 months into an antibiotic setback so I’m watching your progress, it’s so frustrating as I was noticing so many improvements pre antibiotic, what can we do but accept and be patient, truly hope you notice some improvements soon 🙏
Oh I'm sorry you are also in a setback these are the worst!! Hope you see some improvements as well. The first two months were the absolute worst for me. Things got more manageable after that although still some rough days and not better yet.
