I visited the place yesterday. They just making excuses about doing maintenance. I'm not even sure that the place will still be operating after 5 years. Pretoria Zoological gardens is the biggest in Southern Africa and it's the only affordable place where people can get close contact with wildlife. Once they close shop then ordinary citizens will only watch these beautiful creatures on television. Not everyone will be able to visit private game reserves because they charge ridiculous fees. We need to preserve Zoological gardens.
