Luffy had to run away from Cracker too. You said he just made quick work of him, but it took him a while to actually bring him down. There's more evidence to show that Doffy and Cracker are more even. Also, just because he can repair his internal organs doesn't mean he should just take damage by "being defensive". Because a repaired organ would damage a lot quicker than a non-damaged one. Which is why Doffy will never truly do that against a poweful opponent. Cracker is strong. But it would be a bad match up. Which I would attribute almost exclusively to Doffy's ability to take over and manipulate Cracker's soldiers.
People need to think less about how each fought Luffy. Luffy is a brawler, Cracker is a sustained force, and Doflamingo is a trickster. Luffy would have varying success in certain fields.
Also, everyone needs to consider the following: 1) Both Gear 4th engagements w/ Cracker and Doflamingo took place mostly off panel after it seemed that Luffy was put at a disadvantage, 2) Doflamingo was gravely injured by Law (Luffy's "injuries" were mostly superficial, and he's only fatigued whereas Doflamingo was lethargic, his muscles likely shocked, his pain tolerance lowered, and so on) and resorted to his ability to keep himself alive and moving, and his fighting ability was severely hampered as seen with how drastic the difference was between how he engaged Luffy before and after the fact, and 3) Nami gave Luffy some support via dousing Cracker's soldiers in water, which allowed Luffy to simply devour them.
No matter what anyone says, Doflamingo was definitely far worse off than Luffy physically by the time they both finally engaged 1v1 in chapter 783. Cracker was in peak physical condition until he took his first and final hit, which was effectively a one-shot. Doflamingo was already wounded and got back up from 4 Bound man attacks, forcing Luffy to resort to King Kong Gun to end the fight. Had Doflamingo not been injured by the combined efforts of Law's Gamma Knife + Injection shot and Luffy's Red-Hawk (all 3 going completely through Doffy's body and passing through radiation and damaging his organs w/ various levels of damage), he likely would've performed better against Bound Man, even if he's obviously weaker physically.
People argue Cracker's sword cutting Bound Man making him superior to Doflamingo, who's kick bounced off Luffy, but let me remind you of something: Doflamingo's Athlito kick was a boost in power to his kick, and Bound Man uses Haki (canceling out DF attacks and boosting defense) and the elasticity of Luffy's composition (high resistance to blunt force), so Doflamingo had 2 serious negatives going for him even if he was also using Haki, while Cracker's attack was w/ a bladed weapon + Haki, both being strong counters to Luffy's defenses, but it didn't cut deep at all, and only managed to draw blood. All Cracker accomplished in his entire fight was landing two small cuts on Luffy.
Anyways, unlike Luffy, Doflamingo would not be bashing his head into Cracker's soldiers, and would likely use various tactics to lower their effectiveness (through strings either stopping their movements, or slowing them down) while he uses other abilities to ambush the main body.
Cracker has nothing to support himself being superior to Doflamingo other than possibly having higher attack power (despite only hurting Luffy with a bladed weapon), while Doflamingo has better endurance, durability, and variety with his DF.
Don’t forget Luffy got stronger & Luffy fought about 20 people/5 strong people before he got t Doffy.

Doffy was such a diff scenario. First they had to jump him, a warlord and a Super Rookie, then they had to sneak him with super moves, lit going for organ damage and failure, then he still took down Law (a warlord) cut of his arm, in his hubris somewhat LET Luffy hit him with Gear 4 (similar to Lucci somewhat letting Luffy hit him with Gear 3rd which led to his future damage and defeat), then had people HIDE Luffy when his G4 ran out and Doffy could have killed him.
Doffy's strings can't just cut through anything but anything can't cut the strings either , that's how it works. The strings would not cut through the biscuits , they are hard as haki and thus your argument falls flat.

Oh yea, I agree w/ on the Luffy/Doffy thing. I don't get why people say Luffy is stronger than Doffy. If not for the 5500 other people helping him out on dressrosa, luffy would've gotten stomped, as for who wins thins fight, IMO, it's Doffy no contest.
But I do think it's unfair to say that Luffy was being held off by Bellamy, he refused to hit bellamy.
FireLord2506RS right now in the manga you could say Luffy is stronger than Doffy.
Given the fact that G4 oneshotted each and every biscuit soldier and that Doffy's Awakening was shown blocking G4 attacks, it is safe to assume that Awakening can destroy the soldiers easily. What is Cracker gonna if Doflamingo camps in the air and spams Awakening at the soldiers or at Cracker's real body? Cracker is a glass cannon, he is not going to take several hits of those, and he can't keep dodging forever. Note also that Doflamingo is a freaking tank, so even if Cracker manages to hit Doffy once or twice, it isn't going to be enough. Cracker might have better armament Haki, but this is useless if Doffy stays out of reach. Doffy wins due to range, mobility, and being a tank.
Doflamingos range will be his cake walk in this fight all it takes is one fullbright
Imagine having someone helping you enemy who has the means to completely nullify your devil fruit... Thats nami soaking cracker's biscuits, doffy didnt have to face that issue and had his string abilities to the 100% from beginning to end
Luffy kicked Doflamingo'ass and even before using G4 Doflamingo wasn't winning. Luffy matched his strength and speed but had to use G4 because the bird cage was closing.
In G4 Luffy trashed him easily, they were not even it's just an anime filler. In the managa Luffy smashed him and whipped his ass.

That whole thing about Crocodile being beaten was pretty much because Crocodile's frustration built into a frenzy where he pretty much lost all focus and overall lost in composure against Luffy in the third fight. You could even see his frustration in the fight itself. Luffy COULD NOT beat him without help either. Crocodile killed him twice! That means outmatched him in combat 2 times. I question how people forget that? Could you blame him for getting frustrated?
Luffy beat enel because he is made of rubber if he isnt he'll be a toast, same with crocodile he found out about his weakness so yeah his df itself is useless and luffy has a big motivation to defeat crocodile

he did defeat him 1 v 1 with g4 mode. he lost to him the first two times the second with law fighting with him. yes it took the whole town to stop doffy but doffy was going against the whole town so yea.

in this particular example i was referring to doffy fighting law before he got to palace where it was indeed a 1v1. if anything it was even worse for doffy since sanji was there at one point as well, who doffy once again completely annihilated. But to address the trebol, no he was not very effective at all and only really attacked to just throw law/luffy around after they had already been weaken by doffy, which didnt really do any damage anyway

1. luffy was battling non stop since they got to dressrosa while doffy was just sitting in his throne.
2. doflamingo can cure himself constantly enen during battle
3. luffy wa getting constantly hit by bellamy while doflamingo was fighting law, he wasnt controlling bellamy btw.
4. (this is about doffy vs cracker) luffy got stronger after fighting doffy, and had to use a new typw of gear 4th to beat cracker

Doffy also fought law at one point while luffy was fighting. But to the point doflamingo with stood a gamma knife and getting double teamed by law and luffy also he took way more hits in gear 4 than cracker did also his healing power doesn’t heal him back to 100% it fixes him up but he’s not as strong as he would be if he never got damaged at all.
Imagine a straight 1v1 full health no interference with both characters going full power from beginning. So Luffy in G4 and Doffy using awakening, no bird cage up trying to destroy a city or clone fighting someone else and taking Luffy 100% seriously from the jump.

Luffys getting trashed honestly, doffys armament haki should be way stronger since he isn’t using the birdcage and controlling people like he was in the anime when fighting g4. I still think he might get bullied a bit by gear 4 but he’ll out last the limit. And with doffys insane durability Luffys dead in a few mins. No diff
I think that its a matter of stamina, given that luffy beat the hell out of doffy in gear forth. Doffys devil fruit however is pretty hard to top in long fights due to the overpowered regeneration. If luffy had more stamina it would be way easier, but because he doesnt and needed other people to stall for luffy i think its safe to say that, yes, it wasnt a 1v1 win.
im trying to think of more vs, but most one piece fights are an exchange of blows that gets interupted so its hard, maybe robin vs the swamp guy, or carrot vs enel on a full moon, fuck it enel vs gild tesoro

You do realize that Gear 4 couldn't put Doflamingo down for a full transformation and Luffy had to run, hide and be helped by the entire country before transforming again right? And even then he realized that he had to use the strongest attack to actually defeat Doflamingo, right?
correction: G4 Luffy mid diffs Doflamingo when Doflamingo went up against Law, a freaking warlord, before the fight. So yeah, healthy Doffy could probably fight G4 just fine.

Good read on Luffy vs doffy but no way in hell doffy beats Cracker. Your dream of him easily cutting through the soldiers isnt supported by anything. Cracker spscializes in armament and he can definitely block the strings. As for going around the puppets to get to cracker, only plot armor forced him to reveal which soldier he was in. If he didnt approach with one soldier like he did against luffy then doffy even find amongst the hundreds of puppets. And Crackers stamina is beastly, he only got tired after half a day of fighting because luffy ate the biscuits forcing him to use stamina to keep creating more. Doffy isnt gonna eat the biscuita which means he can casually put any cut soldier back together, barely any stamina lost. He cant beat doffy but doffy cant beat him either. Most likely Doffy flies away.
Each and every biscuit soldier was oneshotted by G4, whereas Doffy's strings where shown to block G4 attacks. This proves that Doflamingo could shred through the biscuit soldiers easily. Doflamingo sits in the air and uses Awakening to shred Cracker's soldiers. He will also have an easy time hitting Cracker's real body with omnidirectional Awakening attacks, coming right below Cracker's feet. How long can Cracker dodge them? At the same time, there is nothing Cracker can do to even reach Doffy. Cracker's stamina is also not really that impressive. Cracker was mainly clapping his hands during the 6hrs fight to create more soldiers. Even if the creation of soldiers drains his energy, he did not create enough soldiers to cover an entire island like Doflamingo did with his strings (Birdcage). The one and only stat in which Cracker is (arguably) superior to Doflamingo is armament Haki. But that's not enough against an awakened fruit user with island level range, who uses all three types of Haki and is a physical tank on top of that. Doflamingo > Cracker, easily.

its an old comment i know but isn't Doflamingo getting so freaking exhausted by more than a 50 haki armament punch and kicks and a freaking killing gamma knife and a kong gun a culvarin a rhino Schneider a leo bazooka and a 2 red hawks and a an head shot in gear 4 and it was all a direct hit and most of them were in his face and almost all of them was in gear 4 and like 99 percent of that was after gamma knife and u say after all that a king kong gun wouldn't have taken him if he is 100 percent in a good shape it will only take him down it took him down anyway because he was exhausted in the first place not like he could endure another king kong gun to the wound like jeez he can endure it from the start smh

I'm pretty sure luffy had gear 5 at the time of dressrosa. Doflamingo was versing gear 4 while using awakening. So I wouldn't say doflamingo was stronger than luffy especially since doflamingo was going a bit more all out

Doflamingo can heal dammit so damage of he combo? HEALED. Barely, he was fighting controlled bellamy and a string which wasted his power and energy then decide to get immobilized luffy. Luffy has a haki cooldown. So yeah. Doffy was walking around gaining energy and fully healed. Then luffy gained his haki back. Fought doffy but doffy was lower ground but got a decent momentum luffy in the air getting the only momentum from the arm of luffy getting compressed. They were all full power.

Luffy beats Doffy 1v1 BEFORE Whole Cake Island. Obvious. Luffy was way more exhausted and weathered in comparison to the damage done to Doffy by Law (given that it was repaired during the fight by Doffy's OP string ability). After Whole Cake? Joke-city. Doffy loses super quick via Snake Man and Observation Haki improvements.
Also, the justification that Law is beaten by Doffy 1v1 by Law and Law is 2nd or 3rd of Worst Generation is weird. Different fighters pair up differently against enemies. And that statement doesn't acknowledge the huge battle power difference between Luffy and Law. Like, Law is an obvious genius at strategy. Luffy isn't. This has to be taken into account when taking measure of the two pirates and their power levels. Law isn't a direct threat like Luffy.
Again, "the only reason Luffy survived Dressrosa is because people saved his ass and carried him all over the place", this is what Mihawk deems Luffy's strongest power. The ability to unite unlikely allies under the same banner.

Doflamingo never "repaired" his organs. The author explicitly stated that it was not healing, it was simply first aid. You don't get your health back from first aid. And I don't know what manga you were reading, but Law and Luffy together were unable to take down Doflamingo without the help of hundred gladiators and thousands of people pushing against the birdcage. So no, Luffy never won against Doffy 1v1. It was Luffy + Law + an entire island of people that took Doffy down. Against Cracker, he only needed Nami and a few homies. It's not even comparable.

luffy did nit and can not beat doflamingo in a straight 1v1 fight, gear 4 has too short a time limit and has too severe a drawback for luffy to beat him now, wano luffy baseform has a chance to put up a better fight than he did i'd say its a bit better for luffy, however we have seen doffy outlast gear 4 once. doflamingo is one of the strongest characters in the series outside the emperors and admirals hell i'd say doflaminogs got fuji in a fight

I really think you forget all the battles luffy had to go through just to reach doflamingo. You didnt take that into account at all but did for doflamingo against law and luffy. Luffy had to fight way more people and strong people before even getting to doflamingo. He had to go through the entire tournament and fight mad people with zero recovery time so youre opinion between luffy and doflamingo one on one means nothing since you only took into account who doflamingo was fighting. And keep bringing up the copy that kept luffy at bay but the only reason it did was because luffy didnt want to hurt belamere. You completely missed why it took luffy so long. Wasnt how strong doflamingo was just luffy"s innate kindness showing through for someome he considers a friend. And also luffy never goes for kill shots when he easily could. He purposely lets the people live which makes ending fights more difficult

God you are in denial. Law is 100 times stronger than Trebol, so it basically was Law+Luffy vs Doffy. And even then Luffy needed 100 gladiators to protect him as well as thousands of people pushing against the birdcage to buy him enough time. There was nothing "fair" in this fight.
Well I mean even though this is an older video I might aswell say this now I think that Cracker a Doflamigo are closer than this video makes it out to be Luffy vs doflamigo was not a One v One but neither was Luffy v Cracker while I still think Doflamigo would win I think it would be a much closer fight than this video describes it

Luffy’s King Kong Gun didn’t take all of his effort. It was only like a few panels in the manga. They did the same with Hordy and Caesar. Most of your argument still holds up, though.

Because he had only just recovered from first going into Gear Fourth and went straight in with his strongest attack to date. Gear Fourth clearly kills Luffy’s stamina in a similar fashion to Gears Second and Third before timeskip and Law’s quick stamina loss due to his Devil Fruit abilities. Luffy’s exhaustion had little to do with trying to take on Doflamingo’s God Thread, it was just because he had only just regained the ability to fight after being too exhausted and he went straight into using a technique which puts more stress on his body than any other he’s displayed as of yet. It was hardly anything to do with the resistance provided by Doffy’s counterattack. He smashed through Doffy’s strings with little effort. His exhaustion is just predominanatly due to exhaustion from battle.

yeah no. Gamma Knife and several attacks from Law softened Doffy up. It was Luffy vs heavily weakened Doffy afterwards. And even then Luffy was unable to win without the gladiators. Stay with the facts pls.

Doffy VS Luffy was a equal battle??? What attack did doffy land against gear 4 Luffy? A kick that actually sent doffy flying? Apart from that attack doffy had no say in the fight against Luffy apart from when Luffy lost endurance. Which doffy did not do that to Luffy it was luffys inexperience.
The only hope doffy had against Luffy was not a result in doffy creating an opening against Luffy... but instead Luffy not having enough XP.

And if doffy is that much stronger than Luffy, why was he unable to tank the King Kong. Why was he unable to do ANYTHING against the King Kong? If doffy was so much greater than Luffy, why didn't doffy put in more energy on the attack when he felt that luffys was stronger than predicted? Why didn't he just dodge when he felt his web being broken? Why didn't he use a more powerful attack the moment he saw Luffy was going in 100%? Why would you half fast your attack that is supposed to counter someone else's "do or die" attack?

Nah, Luffy beat Doffy 5000 vs 1. Luffy needed Law, a freaking warlord, 100 gladiators and thousands of people pushing against the Birdcage to take Doffy down. And you talk about freaking Trebol lol. I loved the video (in fact i found your channal thanks to it) and no doubt the string-string-fruit is extreamly versataile but what about the other fruit which produce substances? Aren't they just as versataile?

Not just does the fact that it’s strings give him special abilities (healing, flying, controlling people, etc) but just by the very nature of it, being long and thin he can attack at short to long range and hit very large areas for very high amounts of damage

east blue well it was Treble and Doflamingo vs Law and Luffy. Treble was defeated mid diff by Law and then Law Helped a little bit on fighting Doflamingo. The most impressive move Law used on Doflamingo was the Gamma knife and it only did a certain amount of damage on Doflamingo before he had to resort to using awakening to heal himself.
