Along the way, I learn about a poisonous tree, twice as deadly as cobra venom, find beautiful Diamond Falls & get to bathe in the healing waters that once worked their magic on Napoleons Josephine. In Soufriere I stayed at some of the more locally owned Guest Houses & had fantastic stays at both. First was Frenz (www.booking.co...) & on my 2nd visit I was at Diamondview apartments (www.booking.co..., literally just outside the Botanical Gardens. Both are easy on the budget & I would happily recommend either for their friendly & helpful hosts.

I think it was around 11. Trick with St Lucia is always to try & avoid when the cruise ships are on excursions & everything is much quieter!
