Here's the review:
One of the best meals we've ever had! Beginning with the supercool, laid-back feel and atmosphere to the place, which we took to like ducks to water. The wine thrilled us, the food wowed us and the service was an absolute pleasure!

Everything looked delicious! I grew up in Vitoria/Gasteiz not far away from San Sebastian and the food is incredible. Next time try the Kokotxas, my father's favorite.

Curious to know if we need to make prior reservations? Also, did you just go by their suggestions on the fly or did you have to opt in to those dishes during reservation.
Would definitely suggest making a reservation, it might be compulsory actually. And the dishes are set as per the set menu you choose. You didn't have a say, but they were all amazing so we didn't need a say in it tbh. Thank you for watching 🤗
I'm surprised the server didn't know the ingredients in the herb butter. I guess my expectations of service from a Michelin rated restaurant is too high.
