hes pretty much the reason why this city lost its team ironic enough...he was suppose to carry them...what a bad pick..smdh...he deserves all 308 l's on his resume...they chose him over michael finley….let that sink in...its like if the raptors after trading away damon drafted the bum big man robert traylor r.i.p instead of jamison and then couldn't trade for vince ...it would of set the franchise back and maybe they lose their team...imagine a finley rahim bibby trio in 2001?..they would of been really good for years...maybe the rapts leave instead since its a dumpster fire with no star

I always thought of him as someone who did the impossible and made it out. I like how Notable Former NBA players (Shaq) always give Bryant credit. They just didn't have a strong enough fan base the first time to support a team. Both Vancouver and Toronto are big enough to support a team but because hockey is so much more popular in Canada only a large city like Toronto can support a team. @Kat_Jayme - The pain of the loss of a dream is one that never leaves you, but in time as you now know, that passion remains and often allows us to transform that passion into a parallel expression. Your gift is the ability to express that passion and make a personal story one that we can all share. Thank you so much for sharing your story.

This is SO EXCEEDINGLY great! I'm an oSu fan, former student, and Country devotee! Thank you so much for this! College Country was one of my favorites EVER! We used to see him across campus when he was a freshman and just marvel at the fact you could see him from 1/4 mile away! Cowboy LEGEND!!

I remember the days of the Grizz as a kid and was happy to have them around (even as a Toronto guy ;) . I really enjoyed this film and had moments I was standing with my hands in the air in excitement for Kat just feeling her nostalgia as she assertively pieced together the story. Just as a sports fan period you GOTTA LOVE IT!. Thank you for making this and I really hope to see more from your film crew about Vancouver sports or maybe a mini series of other teams come and gone or still striving to find their fan base with the right owenership to keep them around. Cheers EH!

Thank you for making this! The grizzlies and dallas mavericks was the first bball game I attended. I was so excited and amazed and drawn toward big country and after got a pic with him. Later that week my mom told me he is my moms brothers wife's nephew . even though not blood related it was an amazing feeling . got to meet him again in gans at the dinner he owned when we visited family. He is so nice and soft.

So good! Thank you for creating this doc! I saw a picture at a red light (I live in Vancouver) and all it said is "have you seen this man" and it had a picture. My girlfriend asked me if I knew that person as she was worried about this missing man. I said, yeah that's Big Country. I thought it was odd to see this picture... but now I know why. :) Big Country was my favourite player and I always wondered what happened to him. Man so many memories. I love that you brought dignity to Big Country and who he is as a person. Very cool to hear you say how meeting your hero that he more than exceeded your expectations.

Not gonna lie, this documentary was amazing in so many ways. Kat seemed sincere and genuine as a person. I personally have been searching the web for Big Countries were about. This film answered almost all my questions. I feel so content now after watching this. **Side note. This film is worthy of some kind of an award, it was put together so well. Big salute to everybody involved in this film.
