Roddy Shikatekime As someone who’s seen the movie twice, I agree. It definitely looked like Gogeta was toying with Broly yet he _still_ slapped him to a ridiculous degree.
It's tough because in Super you had some of the most powerful characters limited to tournament rule restrictions. Hit was able to 'grow' during his fight with Goku even at SS Blue + Kaio-Ken times 10. Goku wanted the rules lifted because Hit wasn't able to use his most powerful/deadliest attack as an assassin. Yet right after the Future Trunks/Goku Black/Zamasu Arc, Goku was "killed" by Hit in one strike. Tournament of Power Jiren was kind of in the same boat, sure he could have EASILY squashed everyone if he chose to (minus UI/Mastered UI Goku to an extent). However, he couldn't kill anyone due to the rules; despite that one blast sent to destroy Goku's friends but that got swept under the rule as a rule violation if you ask me. Honestly, it's a tough call if you ask me...
Yeah true, killer intent can end fights b4 they really get hairy. Someone tried to tell me "Since broly lasted hours, his stamina would outlast jiren" And idk about that, the arctic battle had no rules but the t.o.p did. For all we know, when jiren gets mad, he could be the guy that tears heads off and legit TRIES killing u. Many killing techniques jiren could've used or could have weren't allowed, so we don't know how he gets down when no rules are involved. It's like saying Captain america(who can fight for days) can beat the SENTRY in a flat out fight. Stamina means nothing if u DIE b4 u can use it👍🏽
As we know gogeta power is not only combined but significantly magnified now let’s mention hit was able to kill goku super sayain blue that is impressive but Broly was able to to clap two blues vegeta and goku but it is not really clear since Broly has the most potential remember he was able to copy most of their attacks he is learning as he fights that’s why gogeta had to finish Broly but Broly has very unmatched potential I’ve seen a fananimation
Broly was ssb in fananimation that is not cannon but if Broly pushed himself so far he basically surpassed beerus As soon as he hit ss3 Broly has so much potential and Jiren but Broly was born with a power level of 10,000 jiren was probably way lower goku was 2 but he still surpassed Broly if goku started from 2 then Broly is probably 1/10 of his his true power and if he went berserk and super sayain that is not really the true power of Broly

I agree with you on that a much anticipated matchup in the series. Also Broly hasn't tapped into his potential god abilities and was a novice fighter. I do believe when he gets trained better and can harness that power he will be hard to beat by either. I also believe Jiren is definitely stronger than beerus as is MUI Kakarot. He "Goku" definitely knew what he was saying when he was comparing him to lord beerus. Don't forget they always surpass the deities eventually and beerus is no exception. King Kai, Grand Kai, and Supreme Kai were all stronger and got eclipsed by Goku. Also Naruto explained is a dope channel been subbed for awhile fam keep doing what you do.

Jiren in ep 110 was suppressed and was still called a mortal that is stronger than a GoD(belmod who is stronger than Beerus in the anime). 1st uio goku fought him equally till he ran out of power. Now goku in ep 123 in base form fights a powered up version of the same jiren who’s supposed to be stronger than belmod suppressed..jiren hits him with the strongest attack goku ever felt and goku still has enough energy left to go blue afterwards. This would put goku at least at the same level of not stronger than 1st uio goku(and hes not the only one since 17 and vegeta did the same) in base form meaning Ep123 jiren>>>base goku>ep110 jiren>=1st uio goku>belmod>Beerus. Or 123 goku>>>>Beerus 🤷🏾♂️

Broly was getting stomped by Gogeta, Gogeta never went full strength and was just testing him during the movie. Just because it wasn't a ohko doesn't mean it was a close fight or even competitive.
Martin McCormick we don’t know if he was using his full power or not because remember the fusion dance only last for 30 mins and if they use a powerful form it decreases the time. Remember what happen to vegito. The potara didn’t last an hour because ssb was too powerful so it decreased the time. Obviously he had to finish beating up broly fast before the time runs out.
Broly was eating Gogeta's attacks. Plus if you pay attention to the novel for Broly DBS, it stated Gogeta showed a hint of his true power. While it wasn't directly quantified, it's still not exactly playing around either.

I don't fucking understand how all these Gogeta fanbois think Gogeta is MUI Goku level and somehow claps Jiren. I'm convinced that Geekdom had to pretend it was completely equal because his earlier poll revealed that around 80% of his fans think Gogeta wins. He just didn't want flack for it.
It's important to remember Gogeta, as the fusion of battle-hungry lunatics, was having the time of his life during that entire battle. If he was deadset bloodlusted as a Super Saiyan Blue he would've straight up killed Broly and done so much quicker than the battle we saw, otherwise Frieza (who Base Gogeta would creampie) would've died in seconds rather than last an hour as Broly's punching bag. It's reasonable to conclude that MUI Goku and Jiren were fighting at a level Broly never reached, but there's no way of knowing how much stronger Gogeta was than Broly once he went Blue so all that can be said for sure is that current Blue fusions are at Episode 130 levels of power.

I sometimes wonder if people didn't see the same movie I did. After Gogeta goes blue, Broly couldn't even hit him ONCE. He didn't connect a single blow or ki blast, and was totally dominated by Gogeta, who didn't even looked like he was 100% serious either.

it's always rough to power scale fused characters because we rarely see their full power, both vegito and gogeta. personally i say gogeta only because we dont know the cap of his power, but we've seen jiren's but that doesn't knock jiren because i'm sure too many hits from full power jiren will sit gogeta down so it definitely is a tough one

First of all, UI Omen Goku that fought Kefla was much weaker than Kefla. He had untouchable defense but UI Omen Goku couldn't hurt Kefla, but when he first hit Jiren the third time, he hurt Jiren, and a supressed Jiren stomps Kefla.
If fusion can allow goten and trunks to suddenly be as powerful as super buu, then yea, it will allow Goku and vegeta (who can already keep up with Jiren) to beat him. If gogeta takes it seriously, then he’ll win very easily, however I have a feeling he won’t and as such he may defuse.
Gogeta Blue isn't the strongest fusion. Toriyama said at this point in the story, there is no difference in power between Gogeta and Vegito. They're both the strongest, it's just the difference on how they get to that fusion.
One thing that people seem that be disregarding is that there is a high percentage chance that Jiren also continued his training after the TOP which would make him even more powerful. Especially now that he realizes the value of "relying on/trusting others". On top of that, just because Goku achieved MUI doesn't mean that other characters (i.e. Jiren) can't master it as well. If Jiren mastered UI then it's game over for everyone. It's not out of the realm of possibility considering he's also a fighting genius and has witnessed the technique. End of rant lol

I still think that SSJB Gogeta is stronger than UI Goku. SSJ Broly was wiping the floor with a POST TOURNAMENT OF POWER SSJB GOKU AND VEGETA, and BASE Gogeta was able to keep up SSJ Broly, which means Base Gogeta is potentially just as strong as Post-Tournament of Power SSJB Goku and Vegeta. The fact that Gogeta is THAT powerful in just his base form is fucking insane. Let’s not forget that SSJ Gogeta and SSJ Broly managed to rip apart dimensions before they even reached their full power. The fact that Gogeta has that many feats before he even reached SSJB is INSANE, so therefore SSJB Gogeta is more than likely stronger than Jiren and UI Goku. Don’t get me wrong, Jiren and UI Goku are ridiculously strong, but the combination of power from both a Post-Tournament of Power SSJB Goku and Vegeta, as well as the absurd feats Gogeta already had before he even reached SSJB, definitely makes him stronger imo.

It’s like saying Buu and Gotenks are the strongest beings since they ripped a hole in a room that’s considered to be infinite in time and space. But back to the arguments on power scaling for Broly, Gogeta, Jiren, and why not let’s include UI Goku. Based off of the movie, post tournament of power SSB Goku was trading blows with that Hybrid Oozaru form Broly. Then of course with Broly’s dad dying he went Super Saiyan. *Now this is where you can properly power scale the characters...* _Keep in mind Jiren was stated to be stronger than all the GoDs in the anime and then it was confirmed through an outside source. In addition, we don’t know the jump in power from SBB to omen to UI._ We saw Base Gogeta match SS Broly. *SS Broly >> SSB Goku* _(no argument here.) Then SS Gogeta pushes Broly to go LSS. We already know the multipliers for *Super Saiyan* so these guys are basically far above a SSBK20 Goku. In LSS, Broly definitely bested a SS Gogeta. (I’m not gonna make an argument here saying Gogeta could’ve beat broly in SS...that’s impossible mainly due to time.) But with this in mind, both LSS Broly and SSB Gogeta are well above the common knowledge of power. Now, from this point on we are basically making speculations and a bunch of head canon. But, there are still some people who want to argue the power scaling, because obviously the jump from SS to SSB or SS to LSS is an enormous power multiplier. Unfortunately you still can’t say whose stronger, and that’s because the multiplier for Jiren and UI Goku was never made clear. Yes Jiren is stronger than the GoDs, and UI Goku somewhat bested a full power Jiren, (putting those two above the power of the GoDs). But then what about Broly and Gogeta? Those multipliers aren’t normal multipliers because Oozaru Hybrid form Broly= SBB Goku, and then base Gogeta came in fighting SS Broly, till he took it up to SS and was basically walking Broly. I might’ve wasted your time, but hopefully this gets rid of all the head canon when people say Jiren is stronger than SSB Gogeta and Broly. The correct answer is... we don’t know. But keep up with the Manga because if Moro licks UI like he is doing with omen rn then we basically can confirm Broly and Gogeta were in fact leagues ahead of UI Goku and Jiren.

Hyourinjutsu did a vs sprite matchup of this fight on his channel and it was really good Jiren in that fight managed to hold his own against Gogeta until the time limit ran out and Goku and Vegeta managed to Will it out against a fatigued Jiren in a beam struggle. Jiren >> Broly
Ok so ur not gonna like this but I firmly believe not only that Broly is stronger than Jiren, but also that Gogeta blue slaps both Jiren and MUI Goku under all circumstances and here’s why(this is gonna be lengthy so just here me out please): Ok, so we know from the fact that because Goku and Vegeta ran from Broly and Goku only believed that fusion would work, and NOT kiaoken or blue evo, we can safely confirm that REGULAR ssj Broly can body ssbkk20 Goku and Vegeta. This is something that Jiren actually did in the tournament, even with 17 in the mix. I don’t believe another blue lvl fighter would’ve mattered if Goku only thought of fusing to beat Broly, so SSJ Broly or Jiren > Goku, Vegeta, and 17. They fuse and Gogeta appears, and in BASE form Gogeta effortlessly evades all of Broly’s attacks. This can confirm to us that Base Gogeta dominates blue lvl fighters like Goku, Vegeta, and 17. Keep in mind, Jiren had to power up to his full power state to do this, so that means that SSJ Broly and Bass Gogeta are comparable to THAT full power Jiren, not the real full power Jiren against UI. However, Gogeta turns SSJ, and Broly barely even lands a successful hit on SSJ Gogeta, if he even did at all. Such effortlessness can even mean that this Gogeta was suppressed and not completely seriously. But SSJ Gogeta dominates SSJ Broly who I confirmed is relative to suppressed full power Jiren. The only other person who seemed to actually dominate this Jiren is 3rd UI Goku. SSJ GOGETA is >~= 3rd UI Goku. Later, Broly turns LSSJ(or full power), and BODIES SSJ Gogeta, and Gogeta chooses to, in order to body Broly again, SKIP SSJ2, SSJ3, and SSJ god. This means that LSSJ Broly is WITHOUT A DOUBT, stronger than Real Full Power Jiren AND 3rd UI Goku. So the only way that Jiren won’t get DOMINATED by LSSJ Broly, is if he goes Limit Breaker, which is exactly what MUI Goku did to Jiren. So LSSJ is ROUGHLY equal to MUI Goku in raw strength, which PROVES that it is more than likely true that Broly is stronger than Jiren and POSSIBLY Beerus. But once Gogeta turns Blue, Broly lost without even landing a single hit on Gogeta, and he didn’t even break a sweat while doing it. So guess what. In raw power, Suppressed Blue Gogeta DOMINATES Jiren and MUI Goku under all circumstances. Thank you so much to anyone who made it all the way here, and I hope this puts into perspective why I believe that Broly is most likely stronger than Jiren, and Blue Gogeta is definitely stronger than MUI and Limit Breaker Jiren, from using basic comparative power scaling of DBS Broly and the Tournament of Power. We seen Jiren at full max power in the TOP and Gogeta Blue was nowhere near his peak power against Broly, you cats need to really keep that in mind. Jiren is a beast and insanely powerful and so is Gogeta. And how do any of us know that Gogeta doesn't have the ability to combine Kaioken x20 and SSB Evolution, we know for sure that Gogeta can use either one and he might be able to use both. If that's the case this discussion and debate is definitely over.
Dude i don't think gogeta would need kk on top of blue... He was rag dolling fp broly after going blue so gogeta blue is as strong as fp jiren if not above him.... Had gogeta blue not being on the level of mui goku... Goku in heroes wouldn't even have asked vegeta to fuse as he wasn't able to go ultra Instinct at that moment
Fred Brooks ssbkk and evolved are anime forms while in the manga they have perfected blue which is par against ssbkk/evolved. In the anime gogeta should be able to do that. But in the dbs broly movie it represents the manga, so thats why we didn’t see gogeta use ssbkk or evolved because those forms don’t exist in the manga.

I hate when people use the defusing Gogeta argument, Gogeta isn’t Vegito. He has never shown that he prematurely will defuse because of power, except in GT which isn’t canon.

Raimondo Lukasha Gotenks didn’t defuse because of power, literally just reread the manga and that wasn’t stated. He was beating Buu, and then went to base form cause he couldn’t sustain his ssj3 form(not having mastered it) and then went the fusion timed out a bit afterwards. But he had a long fight with Buu even before he went SSJ3 so no, Gotenks doesn’t prove anything
Akira Toriyama stated before the release of Broly that Broly was the strongest oppenent Goku or Vegeta has ever faced. Hence forth if Broly is as strong as Jiren then that means when Gogeta Blue fought Broly and almost fried him with the most powerful Kamehameha ever witnessed and on top of that WITHOUT even using close to his max power! Then how is this even a question? Gogeta would destroy Jiren and bring him to his knees begging for mercy.

Remember that Kefla was supposedly equal to Kaioken times 20 Spirit Bomb Goku when Kale and Caulifla were equal to SSJ2 or a little higher. Now imagine that with SSJB characters. I have no doubt Gogeta would curbstomp Jiren. Not to mention Gogeta most likely can use Kaioken and stronger versions of Goku and Vegeta's techniques.
Kefla was in he LSSJ state that she was mentioned that her power was at spirit bomb level, so what would her LSSJ2 be? Gogeta is very powerful but I can't really power scale him against Jiren because of feats, it makes sense that he "would" be stronger than Jiren, but if Whis mentioned that Gogeta is stronger than Jiren than, then he is stronger than Jiren, we can only speculate on how awesome Gogeta is
If we are considering Gogeta's personality is different from Vegito then yes he would wash Jiren. If a Stronger Goku and Vegeta removes both their weaknesses, they cant be beat.
I don't know why people think that Goku surpassed his MUI form in his base, because that and Vegeta doing so as well is the only reason how Gogeta could ever surpass Goku from the Tournament.

We don’t know what the UI multiplier is but we know what the fusion multiplier is. Gogeta or Vegito are both at least stronger than SSJ Blue Kaioken Goku in their base forms. All we know about UI is that when Goku used UI Omen against Kefla SSJ2 he was at least 2 times stronger than SSJ B KK x 20 ( Or 10 i can’t remember what he used against kefla). What ever UI’s multiplier is it would have to be stronger SSJ Blue Gogeta or Vegito who are both stronger than SSJ B Goku in their bases! But we’re askin the wrong question; the right question is could UI Gogeta/ Vegito stand up to farmer with a shot gun?

I think Fusion is stronger than Ultra Instinct. In the DBS Manga, base Vegito managed to blow up a piece of Merged Zamasu with ease, while both SSJB Goku and Vegeta struggle against him. In the DBS Broly, base Gogeta had a the advantage against SSJ Broly, while Golden Frieza and both SSJB Goku and Vegeta struggle against him. If both base Vegito and base Gogeta manage to put up more of a fight than SSJB Goku and Vegeta, just imagine how strong SSJB Vegito and Gogeta are.
Terence Robinson no base gogeta struggled with ssj broly... he literally turned ssj then he defeated ssj broly....after that broly went into his berserk form and gogeta went ssjblue. Also it was just ssjblue goku and vegeta not other z fighters or didn’t use their new forms.

I think Gogeta wins. I feel that Gogeta/Vegito are the perfect warrior. Years of training, fighting, experience, and Saiyan instinct with the two most powerful Saiyan's ever just makes fusions so strong.
Goku + Broly fusion would MURDER Gogeta/Vegito. One sided battle. Same for Goku + Jiren fusion, which is most likely even stronger than the Broly fusion. But both of those would TOY around Gogeta/Vegito.

I was thinking of this too during the Tournament of Power, but it makes sense that Goku and Vegeta will want to fight Jiren on their own rather than taking the easy way out like fusions. Fight-wise, I think that it'll be a so-so match. SDBH episode 19 acknowledges the idea, where Jiren asked Gogeta on why his fusee's never did this in the ToP.

I wonder if people saw the same movie I did. Once Gogeta went blue, Broly didn't land a single hit, no ki blast, punch or lucky counter, nothing. He was at least close to Beerus in power, and couldn't do ANYTHING. Literally nothing. There's been numerous guides and statements in the show itself saying jiren slaps gods. Beerus (in the anime) was like one of the weakest gods of destruction (since they don't know who the mortal stronger than a god is, while also knowing the god of destruction suspecting to have one), and jiren's HEAT was apparently gonna decimate Universe 11. You can't really do that unless if you're astronomically more powerful. That was his full power, we haven't even dove deeper into limit breaker.

Yes broly was taking punishment but at the end of the fight the director made it clear as day that gogeta wasn’t even being serious about the fight . Legit question Geekdom: Does becoming a god of destruction give you any sort of power up from your current state once you gain god Ki and destruction power? For example would Jiren get any kind of power up from becoming a god of destruction?
Toppo clearly got a massive power up once he started using his God ki and Hakai energy during the tournament of power, so I think that is clearly a yes.
This is honestly a no brainer to me. Gogeta has Goku and Vegeta’s power, skills and experience combined and amped. It’s likely he’s beyond SSJ Blue level without even transforming. He demolished Broly, who’s said to have power beyond Beerus and the Gods of Destruction, and who’s probably just as, if not stronger than Jiren considering all the statements and showings. Whis was having the time of his life watching Gogeta fight, and even referenced how he said Goku and Vegeta could rival or even defeat Beerus if they worked together. Not ‘canon’ per se, but DB Heroes had Gogeta beat Hearts, whereas Jiren couldn’t. Jiren was even surprised and asked Gogeta why they didn’t use fusion in the tournament to win. Gogeta takes this without a doubt
Here are a couple of things that are noteworthy: -In the manga it was stated that Vegito was possibly already stronger than Beerus during the Zamasu arc. -Which Gogeta are we talking about: before, during or after ToP Arc? Because during the ToP Vegeta and Goku became massively more powerful. -Gogeta would be able to use Kaio-ken and SSB Evolution. Possibly even a combination of both. Now imagine the multiplier should that really be the case. It was stated, outside the series, that SSB-E was equal to SSB-Kx20. That should actually work multiplicative, so basically a x400 multiplier. Would also probably run the fusion time out in seconds, but such an insane burst of power might be enough to quickly overpower Jiren.
- Vegito wasn't stronger than Beerus during the Future trunks arc. Kaiosin was speculating - It's hard to tell who would win during the ToP, but if it's pre-ToP then Jiren beats Gogeta. From what Goku has shown, every time he recovers from using UI omen, his Blue form seemingly gets stronger(without kaioken) that he can properly contend with Jiren. - This might be a good point. To complement that, fusion characters are usually stronger than the strongest state of their fusees. Though the characters having some fatigue might diminish the strength that they could use.
I don’t think that power would run out the fusion dance fusion. It would for sure run out the potara fusion though. I’m not sure that the fusion dance can run out of time because the fusion used too much power.
Why would Gogeta be able to use kaio-ken and SSB Evolution? Gogeta was only shown to be able to use normal super saiyan blue when he fought Broly, I see no reason to believe he can use anything higher than that.
Marketing for the movie constantly put Broly over as the strongest opponent, while Jiren is stronger than “a god of destruction” ,Belmod. The fact Jiren lasted barely a minute in his “limit break” is form, and Goku the same with UI while Gogeta went the full distance, throwing all kinds of monstrous KI attacks without using his full power according to the light novel. Gogeta in his base form is already on par or stronger than SSJ Blue. So unless you believe that the jump from Blue to UI is larger than Base to Blue along with the fusion multiplier than any outcome other than Gogeta curbstomping Jiren you’re flat out delusional. The fact that nobody gave a fuck to mention Jiren in the movie other than the still shot of all the TOP characters. And that Broly who was once again marketed as the strongest opponent and compared to their benchmark Beerus. Not to mention the DBZ wafer stickers which have Gogeta as the strongest followed Broly, then UI Goku, then Jiren, with Beerus being unknown. All the actual proof, points to Gogeta being the strongest non angel being we’ve seen so far, with Broly coming in 2nd place. Everyone pumping up Jiren, just like they did with Hit are going to be incredibly disappointed, when Jiren, if he shows up again gets the “Heroes/Hit” treatment for real this time, and he isn’t what everyone pumped him up to be.
It was NEVER specifically stated that he was only stronger then his god of destruction. It was just stated that a god of destroy couldn't beat him, and that is a vague statement.
Well actually the jump from blue to ui is greater than base to god because goku absorbed god into his base. Also go watch the fucking fight again because goku fuckin threw a kaioken times 20 spirit bomb at jiren, and this guy *glares* away the spirit bomb. Fast forward many episodes and power ups and THEN he goes full power.
People tend to get confuse about fusion dance. People say it’s weak cuz they say Goku has to drop his energy to match vegeta. Yes he does but that doesn’t effect the final product. Goku does that cuz for fusion dance to work Side A had to be completely symmetrical to side B. But once it’s done right it takes ALL of Gokus dormant power and combines it with all of Vegetas dormant power and multiplies it. There isn’t any amount of power left out just because you seen Goku dropped his energy. This was shown when Trunks dropped his energy to match Goten yet Gotenks still had all their power and even more
I noticed that in the Dragon Ball super movie that Broly never touched Gogeta blue and in the fight of the tournament of power jiren got tagged by everybody he fought so I wouldn't say there is a definitive winner but I would want to say that Gogeta blue has proof of better feats then jiren

I'm not saying Jiren would lose but Gogeta from the Broly movie was a fusion of Goku and Vegeta after the TOP, which are already significantly stronger than their TOP self's along with the fusion and not including the full extent of the power of Gogeta and the techniques or transformations he possibly could turn into. So it could go either way for me.

Kaioken SSB Goku and evo Vegeta were both coming at Jiren at the same time and were still helpless. Jiren was unfazed by spirited bomb and just glared it away. Broly got pushed back really hard by Frieza going golden. Jiren almost killed Frieza without lifting a finger, Broly was trying so hard with his fists to kill Frieza and failed miserably. Broly didn't show us anything impressive. The only thing he did was cry like a little baby while getting creampied by Gogeta😂

Jiren has a few advantages over a blue fusion, he has no fusion time limit to worry about nor does it seem like he is using a transformation and thus doesn't have any worry of potential stamina drain. Speed wise he matched UI Goku and even got a one handed beam to overcome the UI Kamehameha so his direct ki was on par. Gogeta Blue I believe will have stronger Ki since UI mostly effects reflex speed and the fusion combines two peoples Ki who actually fought a lot longer during the TOP than Jiren who skipped half of it and still lost stamina to the point that even Golden Freezia could feel confident enough to taunt him.

Though he isn't like gogeta who requires both fighters to almost be equal is everything, he's still for more skilled and smarter than he may let on. It's tough because in Super you had some of the most powerful characters limited to tournament rule restrictions. Hit was able to 'grow' during his fight with Goku even at SS Blue + Kaio-Ken times 10. Goku wanted the rules lifted because Hit wasn't able to use his most powerful/deadliest attack as an assassin. Yet right after the Future Trunks/Goku Black/Zamasu Arc, Goku was "killed" by Hit in one strike.
Tournament of Power Jiren was kind of in the same boat, sure he could have EASILY squashed everyone if he chose to (minus UI/Mastered UI Goku to an extent). However, he couldn't kill anyone due to the rules; despite that one blast sent to destroy Goku's friends but that got swept under the rule as a rule violation if you ask me.
Honestly, it's a tough call if you ask me...

I agree with you on that a much anticipated matchup in the series. Also Broly hasn't tapped into his potential god abilities and was a novice fighter. I do believe when he gets trained better and can harness that power he will be hard to beat by either. I also believe Jiren is definitely stronger than beerus as is MUI Kakarot. He "Goku" definitely knew what he was saying when he was comparing him to lord beerus. Don't forget they always surpass the deities eventually and beerus is no exception. King Kai, Grand Kai, and Supreme Kai were all stronger and got eclipsed by Goku. Also Naruto explained is a dope channel been subbed for awhile fam keep doing what you do.

If he was deadset bloodlusted as a Super Saiyan Blue he would've straight up killed Broly and done so much quicker than the battle we saw, otherwise Frieza (who Base Gogeta would creampie) would've died in seconds rather than last an hour as Broly's punching bag.

Gogeta Blue isn't the strongest fusion. Toriyama said at this point in the story, there is no difference in power between Gogeta and Vegito. They're both the strongest, it's just the difference on how they get to that fusion.

One thing that people seem that be disregarding is that there is a high percentage chance that Jiren also continued his training after the TOP which would make him even more powerful. Especially now that he realizes the value of "relying on/trusting others". On top of that, just because Goku achieved MUI doesn't mean that other characters (i.e. Jiren) can't master it as well. If Jiren mastered UI then it's game over for everyone. It's not out of the realm of possibility considering he's also a fighting genius and has witnessed the technique. End of rant lol

I still think that SSJB Gogeta is stronger than UI Goku. SSJ Broly was wiping the floor with a POST TOURNAMENT OF POWER SSJB GOKU AND VEGETA, and BASE Gogeta was able to keep up SSJ Broly, which means Base Gogeta is potentially just as strong as Post-Tournament of Power SSJB Goku and Vegeta. The fact that Gogeta is THAT powerful in just his base form is fucking insane. Then SS Gogeta pushes Broly to go LSS. We already know the multipliers for *Super Saiyan* so these guys are basically far above a SSBK20 Goku.
In LSS, Broly definitely bested a SS Gogeta. (I’m not gonna make an argument here saying Gogeta could’ve beat broly in SS...that’s impossible mainly due to time.)
But with this in mind, both LSS Broly and SSB Gogeta are well above the common knowledge of power. Now, from this point on we are basically making speculations and a bunch of head canon.
But, there are still some people who want to argue the power scaling, because obviously the jump from SS to SSB or SS to LSS is an enormous power multiplier.
Unfortunately you still can’t say whose stronger, and that’s because the multiplier for Jiren and UI Goku was never made clear. Yes Jiren is stronger than the GoDs, and UI Goku somewhat bested a full power Jiren, (putting those two above the power of the GoDs).
But then what about Broly and Gogeta?
Those multipliers aren’t normal multipliers because Oozaru Hybrid form Broly= SBB Goku, and then base Gogeta came in fighting SS Broly, till he took it up to SS and was basically walking Broly.
I might’ve wasted your time, but hopefully this gets rid of all the head canon when people say Jiren is stronger than SSB Gogeta and Broly. The correct answer is... we don’t know.

This is something that Jiren actually did in the tournament, even with 17 in the mix. I don’t believe another blue lvl fighter would’ve mattered if Goku only thought of fusing to beat Broly, so SSJ Broly or Jiren > Goku, Vegeta, and 17. They fuse and Gogeta appears, and in BASE form Gogeta effortlessly evades all of Broly’s attacks. This can confirm to us that Base Gogeta dominates blue lvl fighters like Goku, Vegeta, and 17. Keep in mind, Jiren had to power up to his full power state to do this, so that means that SSJ Broly and Bass Gogeta are comparable to THAT full power Jiren, not the real full power Jiren against UI. However, Gogeta turns SSJ, and Broly barely even lands a successful hit on SSJ Gogeta, if he even did at all. Such effortlessness can even mean that this Gogeta was suppressed and not completely seriously. But SSJ Gogeta dominates SSJ Broly who I confirmed is relative to suppressed full power Jiren. The only other person who seemed to actually dominate this Jiren is 3rd UI Goku. SSJ GOGETA is >~= 3rd UI Goku. Later, Broly turns LSSJ(or full power), and BODIES SSJ Gogeta, and Gogeta chooses to, in order to body Broly again, SKIP SSJ2, SSJ3, and SSJ god. This means that LSSJ Broly is WITHOUT A DOUBT, stronger than Real Full Power Jiren AND 3rd UI Goku. So the only way that Jiren won’t get DOMINATED by LSSJ Broly, is if he goes Limit Breaker, which is exactly what MUI Goku did to Jiren. So LSSJ is ROUGHLY equal to MUI Goku in raw strength, which PROVES that it is more than likely true that Broly is stronger than Jiren and POSSIBLY Beerus. But once Gogeta turns Blue, Broly lost without even landing a single hit on Gogeta, and he didn’t even break a sweat while doing it. So guess what. In raw power, Suppressed Blue Gogeta DOMINATES Jiren and MUI Goku under all circumstances. We seen Jiren at full max power in the TOP and Gogeta Blue was nowhere near his peak power against Broly, you cats need to really keep that in mind. We don’t know what the UI multiplier is but we know what the fusion multiplier is. Gogeta or Vegito are both at least stronger than SSJ Blue Kaioken Goku in their base forms. All we know about UI is that when Goku used UI Omen against Kefla SSJ2 he was at least 2 times stronger than SSJ B KK x 20 ( Or 10 i can’t remember what he used against kefla). What ever UI’s multiplier is it would have to be stronger SSJ Blue Gogeta or Vegito who are both stronger than SSJ B Goku in their bases! I think Fusion is stronger than Ultra Instinct. In the DBS Manga, base Vegito managed to blow up a piece of Merged Zamasu with ease, while both SSJB Goku and Vegeta struggle against him. In the DBS Broly, base Gogeta had a the advantage against SSJ Broly, while Golden Frieza and both SSJB Goku and Vegeta struggle against him. If both base Vegito and base Gogeta manage to put up more of a fight than SSJB Goku and Vegeta, just imagine how strong SSJB Vegito and Gogeta are.
Terence Robinson no base gogeta struggled with ssj broly... he literally turned ssj then he defeated ssj broly....after that broly went into his berserk form and gogeta went ssjblue. Also it was just ssjblue goku and vegeta not other z fighters or didn’t use their new forms.

There's been numerous guides and statements in the show itself saying jiren slaps gods. Beerus (in the anime) was like one of the weakest gods of destruction (since they don't know who the mortal stronger than a god is, while also knowing the god of destruction suspecting to have one), and jiren's HEAT was apparently gonna decimate Universe 11. You can't really do that unless if you're astronomically more powerful. That was his full power, we haven't even dove deeper into limit breaker.
Also I think SSB gogeta is stronger than MUI goku . Yes broly was taking punishment but at the end of the fight the director made it clear as day that gogeta wasn’t even being serious about the fight . That’s why when gogeta took that funny looking stance and threw his arms up and and down they had a clear shot of Brolys face lookin worried because broly knew he couldn’t keep up . Even when they clashed fists and the grown melted another detail they added was when brolys fist flew back while gogeta kept moving forward.

Toppo clearly got a massive power up once he started using his God ki and Hakai energy during the tournament of power, so I think that is clearly a yes.
This is honestly a no brainer to me. Gogeta has Goku and Vegeta’s power, skills and experience combined and amped. It’s likely he’s beyond SSJ Blue level without even transforming. He demolished Broly, who’s said to have power beyond Beerus and the Gods of Destruction, and who’s probably just as, if not stronger than Jiren considering all the statements and showings. Whis was having the time of his life watching Gogeta fight, and even referenced how he said Goku and Vegeta could rival or even defeat Beerus if they worked together. Not ‘canon’ per se, but DB Heroes had Gogeta beat Hearts, whereas Jiren couldn’t. Jiren was even surprised and asked Gogeta why they didn’t use fusion in the tournament to win. Gogeta takes this without a doubt

Here are a couple of things that are noteworthy:
-In the manga it was stated that Vegito was possibly already stronger than Beerus during the Zamasu arc.
-Which Gogeta are we talking about: before, during or after ToP Arc? Because during the ToP Vegeta and Goku became massively more powerful.
-Gogeta would be able to use Kaio-ken and SSB Evolution. Possibly even a combination of both. Now imagine the multiplier should that really be the case. It was stated, outside the series, that SSB-E was equal to SSB-Kx20. That should actually work multiplicative, so basically a x400 multiplier. Would also probably run the fusion time out in seconds, but such an insane burst of power might be enough to quickly overpower Jiren.
- Vegito wasn't stronger than Beerus during the Future trunks arc. Kaiosin was speculating
- It's hard to tell who would win during the ToP, but if it's pre-ToP then Jiren beats Gogeta. From what Goku has shown, every time he recovers from using UI omen, his Blue form seemingly gets stronger(without kaioken) that he can properly contend with Jiren.
- This might be a good point. To complement that, fusion characters are usually stronger than the strongest state of their fusees. Though the characters having some fatigue might diminish the strength that they could use.
I don’t think that power would run out the fusion dance fusion. It would for sure run out the potara fusion though. I’m not sure that the fusion dance can run out of time because the fusion used too much power.

Why would Gogeta be able to use kaio-ken and SSB Evolution? Gogeta was only shown to be able to use normal super saiyan blue when he fought Broly, I see no reason to believe he can use anything higher than that.
Marketing for the movie constantly put Broly over as the strongest opponent, while Jiren is stronger than “a god of destruction” ,Belmod. The fact Jiren lasted barely a minute in his “limit break” is form, and Goku the same with UI while Gogeta went the full distance, throwing all kinds of monstrous KI attacks without using his full power according to the light novel. Gogeta in his base form is already on par or stronger than SSJ Blue. So unless you believe that the jump from Blue to UI is larger than Base to Blue along with the fusion multiplier than any outcome other than Gogeta curbstomping Jiren you’re flat out delusional. The fact that nobody gave a fuck to mention Jiren in the movie other than the still shot of all the TOP characters. And that Broly who was once again marketed as the strongest opponent and compared to their benchmark Beerus. Not to mention the DBZ wafer stickers which have Gogeta as the strongest followed Broly, then UI Goku, then Jiren, with Beerus being unknown. All the actual proof, points to Gogeta being the strongest non angel being we’ve seen so far, with Broly coming in 2nd place. Everyone pumping up Jiren, just like they did with Hit are going to be incredibly disappointed, when Jiren, if he shows up again gets the “Heroes/Hit” treatment for real this time, and he isn’t what everyone pumped him up to be.

People tend to get confuse about fusion dance. People say it’s weak cuz they say Goku has to drop his energy to match vegeta. Yes he does but that doesn’t effect the final product. Goku does that cuz for fusion dance to work Side A had to be completely symmetrical to side B. But once it’s done right it takes ALL of Gokus dormant power and combines it with all of Vegetas dormant power and multiplies it. There isn’t any amount of power left out just because you seen Goku dropped his energy. This was shown when Trunks dropped his energy to match Goten yet Gotenks still had all their power and even more
I noticed that in the Dragon Ball super movie that Broly never touched Gogeta blue and in the fight of the tournament of power jiren got tagged by everybody he fought so I wouldn't say there is a definitive winner but I would want to say that Gogeta blue has proof of better feats then jiren

Kaioken SSB Goku and evo Vegeta were both coming at Jiren at the same time and were still helpless. Jiren was unfazed by spirited bomb and just glared it away. Broly got pushed back really hard by Frieza going golden. Jiren almost killed Frieza without lifting a finger, Broly was trying so hard with his fists to kill Frieza and failed miserably. Broly didn't show us anything impressive. The only thing he did was cry like a little baby while getting creampied by Gogeta😂

It was implied in dragonball fighterz that they are evenly matched. The dialogue from the game confirmed that as well
Jiren has a few advantages over a blue fusion, he has no fusion time limit to worry about nor does it seem like he is using a transformation and thus doesn't have any worry of potential stamina drain. Speed wise he matched UI Goku and even got a one handed beam to overcome the UI Kamehameha so his direct ki was on par.
Gogeta Blue I believe will have stronger Ki since UI mostly effects reflex speed and the fusion combines two peoples Ki who actually fought a lot longer during the TOP than Jiren who skipped half of it and still lost stamina to the point that even Golden Freezia could feel confident enough to taunt him.
