Just a note: Watched video on TLS a while back and thought the step drill was a great idea, however I watched a video of a popular UTV website doing the TLS install. When drilling out the damaged hole to .750” he had no idea how to correctly do so and when the machined spacer gave him a problem going in by hand he just gabbed the drill and proceeded to “wallow” out the hole….as a fabricator with plenty of machining years I just about cried out loud as he ruined the install……Love the series, and it’s looking like a spring kit will be in order very soon…tender springs all sacked on 19’ Turbo 4S…
So? Spring kit for the KRX will be available to ship and install at home for $600. I sent mine into you guys for springs and valve rebuild and it cost me $1500 plus shipping. So this means the valve work cost me $900. Wow, That’s insane. I didn’t even get a t-shirt.
Can you do a video on front diff options for x3. Smartlok vs not, aftermarket, failure points, reliability fixes, maintenance for race car diff. Which diff to you race on? Etc
Please discuss Polaris electrical charging system or what you do for you race car for the added lighting and components. My 2016 rzr 100 xp 4 turbo I have a 40",4 each 2' cubes a chase light 2 each 4foot lighted whips 8 rock lights and an S&B particle separate.
The turbo uses larger diameter rear springs that are a lot more money and the turbo requires cross over rings. The KRX uses 3" diameter springs and already has Cross overs.
Shout out to those dealer ships that install this kit!!!! Sounds like there’s big companies that gaf! That’s awesome 😎

Best fix is ZRP hubs, also if you have the coin and its available absolutely get the shock thearpy steering rack its a game changer
