Hi again, I just commented on your autumn leaf cane and then watched this tutorial. You answered my skinner blend question in this tutorial. Thank you for the tip, I’m going to try using a thinner setting on my machine next time when making a skinner blend and see what happens. I really like the colors you chose, they are so beautiful in the finished cane!! Thanks, again for sharing 🙏
On my pasta machine - an Atlas 150 - I start blends at the 1 setting and do most of them at the 3 setting. There's a link to a written version of each tutorial in the description, too.
I love that blue. Just a tip, if you run little triangle snakes between the outer of the petals before you add the outer wrap it protects the shape of the flower as you reduce it. The gold accent was beautiful too🦋🌺
Yeah, I do this for work so they can be pretty big! The first time I wrote the tutorial (linked in the description) I used about half the amount to make it and it works just as well. You'll just need to thin the veins and outline colours a bit.
You makes the most amazing canes-I love them
Thanks so much :) I love making canes!
Very clear instructions! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
