Fenriz and N. Culto interviewing each other. Fucking GOLD.
Gold is fucking gold this is just an interview knob jockey.
@Papa Wylie why even try to insult an eight year old comment? Plus it's cool seeing two buddies interviewing each other over some brews instead of the typical interviews bands have to do. Calm down there good sir.
Aaand the norviiidjen inglish from Ooooslo is terribeeel:-p Me being from Norway can definitely hear it
@@Forferdelse666 faen a, kul aksent det da.

Soulside Journey IMHO is one of the bests Death Metal albums ever.
I'm trying to stop smoking but this video makes want to crack a beer, chil out and light a smoke, play some dark throne , grab some chairs and talk music out on the porch with my buds.
Dont stop smoking dude, smoke less
I dropped smoking cold turkey 4 months ago and now I want to light for old times .
At least you have buddies. my dog knows a lot about black metal now
Taking mouth tobacoo instead
Throw the chairs through some windows when done.
That's how they always do. Best friends for life!
Thank you, PeacevilleRecords, for publishing this yourselves.
I listen to the bonus commentary discs in the reissues as much as the discs without commentary. Great entertainment.
one of the best death metal albums ever, period. not a darkthrone fan after this album, but this is on constant rotation. absolute masterpiece
joshcannonball nah you gotta listen to panzorfaust
They're all gold albums though. To each their own.
Yea panzerfaust is really good
Happy 31st Anniversary @Soulside Journey 🔥👻🔥
Thank you for putting this up...I could hear these guys talk about their music for hours. I love Soulside Journey as well, extremely underrated death metal classic.
As much as I worship Darkthrone´s Black Metal records, I´d love to hear them put out another album in the style of Soulside Journey or Goatlord
It would be cool, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
The only actual death metal albvms i ever liked was Soulside Journey (of course!), Deciede's debut (1990 i believe), and Scream Bloody Gore by Death. Although i read an interview where Aarseth says he considers this a “black metal” album due to it's lyrics and so forth. I always hated Euronymous but i hear he's real “down to earth” now.
Hah, I see what you did there.
Very clever....
Misanthropic Perspective LMAO
Oh Fenriz 🖤
I like the way Nocturno Culto says 'develop'
A lot of people that have quit smoking sometimes do that. You quit and then it's like..."what do I do with my smoking hand?!"
Favorite Darkthrone album.. sue me!
7:22
Oh wow, today I learned that Nocturno Culto is Persian
He really looks Persian 😂
"Slayer had a great influence on me as a PERSON"
@@avasvara7545 that's clearly not what he says
"bonafide solid death metal album"...Fenriz is spot on! I love how some really good death metal from around that time came from unexpected places. Napalm Death's Harmony Corruption/Utopia Banished albums come to mind. Although not as Florida/pure sounding as Soulside Journey, they nonetheless stand side by side with the best death metal of that era IMO.
I lol whenever he says "DEVIL-LOPE"
Holodomor [ASMR] English isn't his first language
Is that a succulent Skol 9% Nocturno Culto is downing ? Darkthrone should be endorsed by that brand , for sure , the Darkthrone of Lagers !
I plan to buy "Soulside Journey" next
Great 👍🏻
Fenriz is so drunk while conducting the interview, haha.
I'm sorry Peaceville records, but Fenriz has transformed your name into "Pisswheel" for all of time.
Hearing ted talk about scream bloody gore eases my weary mind
i feel sorry for every other parallel universe where they dont get darkthrones music. sucks to be them!
The first track on the album: Cromlech.
trve Norwegian death metal :)
Fenriz is so beautiful he's always in my Dark Dreams Damn I love him! \m/ ♥♥♥♥💀
Jenny_Kitteh go away
Reanimated_Dead_Flesh nope I can't make me fool!
Cringe
Its funny that emperor became more technical and dark throne did the opposite.
+MrNihilist74 yeah it's strange.. a lot of people hate / hated Goatlord but it's up there in DT catalogue I think
It was one of the few choices for all parties, it was either naturally progress or stay the same.
Both were death metal before 1992
i wonder where this interview of nocturno culto and fenriz took place?, i can here people talking in the background, interesting to say the least.
Probably outside of a cabin or one their houses
it's cromlech - the first track on soulside journey \,,/
What is the end title song please? Around 13:50. Thanks
Cromlech
First song on "Soulside Journey"
Can anybody please tell me *_whats_* *_the_* *_song_* *_at_* 5:56 ??? PLEASE!
Track 4- Accumulation of Generalization
@@kyledayea197 thanks a bunch dude.. you just made my existence easier \m/
Cromlech had the BEST riffs
Suerteeee !!!!
Cromlech from Souside Journey
What year were these interviews
Crimson Ghos† 2002/03
Fucking dudes!!
It's from their first album. First song if I'm correct...
3:52
Lol I wonder if Nocturno liked scream bloody gore..
Ted is wearing a thin shirt, that's so Scandinavian. I'm a Finn - and in America they never understood why I wasn't ever cold. Winter is nothing to Scandinavian people. We see nothing different. Everyone else freaks out.
Cromlech

Song in 0:19 please? (:
+Elven Trachea I'm sorry but that joke expired a few years ago.
Cromlech
He smokes that cigg really weird...like a newbie.
thats how you smoke in sub-zero temperatures (while drinking cold beer).
What a world we live in were you are judged on how you hold a stick of cancer
Its a joint haha....probably hash
Trve Norvegian homegrown weed
I'm a huge fan but no way did Fenriz play on Soulside Journey. Whoever did had mad jazz technique. If you've ever seen Fenriz play the drums you know that's not him.
He was showing off back then, trying to be the most technically impressive he can be. Afterwards he stopped giving a shit about that and just brings the frost.
Brad Cofield My dad has an original pressing of the vinyl. Fenriz plays on it.
+James Blobb "Hank Amarillo"' drums on Goatlord are great
Nick H. I have never properly checked out Goatlord, i have only listened to Fenriz commentary of it.
nice try, dude!
:D
