Yeah, Im actually stunned at how well that blocked out the noise. There was a chainsaw in the background cutting down a tree, and I was struggling to hear myself over the noise... so when I played it back I couldn't believe it!!

Can you connect a external mic or wireless mic?
I don't believe so... but the built in mic is pretty good.
So you need the app to record. Can't just record by pushing the power button?
