- Characters in Mortal Kombat come from different parts of the world, some come from cities that exist in real life like Prague, and others live in fictional ones like Fengjian. Some love their hometowns and others don't. Watch the video to see what characters say about each others' hometowns.

Considering he thinks fascists are anyone in government and I think I heard him say something that shows he thinks anyone who follows the law is a slave (might not have), is his opinion really reliable? For all her faults, we never saw or heard mention of slaves in Sindel’s court. After all, wouldn’t the royal family have them if it was active?

@@elseggs6504I mean his ancestors, MK characters have some long history. Kuai Liang and Bi-Han's ancestors were prosecuted by Sindel in previous timelines and ended up in Earthrealm. What are the chances Tomas had family history of being slaughtered.

Well, his last name is Vrbada.
Confirmed on his Wiki, Smoke is Czechian
There are many Czechs with that name. More correctly spelled as Tomáš in czech language (the _š_ is pronounced as sh).

I checked the wiki but haven't found a single mention about his nationality before MK9, but people keep saying he's Czech since the Midway era. So I'd like to kindly ask you people in which game it's first revealed.
