Hey Krs, I'd like to say I did research but the fact is I just bought the first one I saw on Amazon! LOL, I can say that once Awkrad sent me the wire keeper that fit the Insta360 mic adapter I bought one so it would fit. After using it I didn't notice any quality difference in sound so I just returned it. I've been very happy with my setup. The sound was the most difficult part of my motorcycle work and I finally got it where I'm satisfied. Thank god!
Thanks the the video! How do you think the audio compares with/without the dji mic? It seems like the audio is actually worse than the stock microphones
Adding either the DJI or Rode II mics yield much better audio than the Insta360 alone. Unless I'm in a quiet room close to the Insta360 the sound isn't to my liking.
Thank you for sharing your set up. Looks great! 😀
Just received mine, awesome product, fully recommended.
Glad this helped. In addition to a great product he's a nice guy.
Just been looking for something like this, Thank you for sharing .
Thanks for the review and your feedback, Mark!
Great vid and thanks for all the links - will try this out!
Tnx for the video. Where can I by mic adapter like yours?
I have it listed in the description above. 🤣
Hello! Will these work on my insta360 x3? Where can I purchase these and also the microphone? Thank you!
Does a comes with the 3.5mm cable? Or where did you got that cable?
No I had to use the 3.5mm cable that came with my Ulanzi Rode II mount.
I just order mine but I am curious, why did you choose the adapter you have over the insta 360 mic adapter? Pros/con? I still need one.

In all fairness, you could also just record the audio using the transmitter without the receiver and sync it when you edit the video.
Exactly. That rig is too expensive to be put at risk. Synchronizing audio isn't that hard once you get a hang of it.
nice ....
