I remember once they delayed our flight for a few hours to Tashkent because the water heater for the tea service was not working. Then, as soon as we got airborne, the captain announced it stopped working again. Just about everyone on board audibly groaned. I never realized it was such an important amenity!
I think it looks quite nice! Best Central Asian livery is Aeroflot though because, I guess parts of Russia such as Irkutsk and Novosibirsk are in Central Asia?
I flew with them from LHR-TAS (757-200) , from TAS to Urgench on a Tu 154M and TAS to CDG on the A310-300 . The London flight was a popular flight for Sikhs who connected in Tashkent to fly onto Amritsar . Impressions , one of the worst flight services I have had , on a par with Air India .
I live in Moscow's outscirts and I often see those 787's flying just above my house on the DME approach (approximately 3500ft above the ground according to the Flightradar) Those are pretty nice!
Flew them just when vogues was announced in 2019 December 28 flew T4 at 6 Pm I think at did 767 to Tashkent and to Amritsar 767 and back I flew a320 then 757
Honestly, Yes we cannot say Uzbekistan Airways is the best because it is newopened airline and it is developing. So I believe in that it has huge potential in middle East, as location or hub and for its hospitality
would also be good to see the video about Gulf Air revival, after the competition among the airlines of Persian Gulf has increased significantly nowadays
@@stahrovafromuzbecksitan9751 why?uzbekistan is a lovely country that I would like to see if i had the money, but its not bad to review other countries airlines as well.
I took a picture of one of their planes at HNL in January of 2020. I was very surprised to see it there, and I really wonder what the story behind its presence is. Maybe a charter?
I would like to one day fly on them. Along with improving service, I do wish they would redesign their safety cards as a collector. For such an unusual airline I really feel like they could reflect that in the safety cards too, appearing too standard.
Flew on an Uzbek Air Avro Regional Jet between Lahore and Tashkent round trip in 2012. It was an uneventful flight with mediocre service, but no complaints
I wish them all the luck and become very succesfull, but what the hack they do with Czech LET aircrafts? Are they still being build? I will admit I don't know a lot of them, but I think they're 40 or 50 years old, at least the type of aircraft, or am I wrong?
I got poisoned from the food I didn’t eat anything before the flight because I wanted to try out the food it was chicken my sisters chicken had black mold and the chicken smelled so bad my sister didn’t eat it she wasn’t poisoned but my mom and I ate the entire chicken and we were poisoned
@@stahrovafromuzbecksitan9751 I dont think he meant to offend you. He probably meant that the livery looks a little old for today's competition, and that it needed something cleaner/minimal.
I had the opportunity to fly with them a few times in 2023. I'm sorry, but it’s the worst airline I’ve ever experienced. I only flew with them because the company I work for purchased the tickets with this airline. I won’t even discuss the in-flight entertainment or the food, as I understand there are cultural differences, and I completely respect that. However, regarding safety: it was a flight on a Boeing 787, and there were no flight attendants at doors 3 during takeoff and landing. People didn’t respect seat assignments; they sat wherever they wanted, and if you asked for your assigned seat, they would argue with you. There was no respect for the boarding order either. Even with the seatbelt sign on, passengers were walking around the cabin and even chatting with the flight attendants in the galleys. The least they could do was brief the passengers seated at the unmanned emergency exits, as in case of an emergency, they would be the ones to open those doors and initiate evacuation. During the service, the hot water bottles didn’t have lids. If turbulence occurred, the hot water could spill on people. These are just a few of the issues I can recall.
WOW; IT IS GREAT PLEASURE TO SEE AIRLINE UZBEKISTAN COVERERED IN MANY DETAIL,. wow!!! wow!! big commendations to the simple flying. Please remember to praise God praise uzbekistan praise Islam Karimov and also Shavkat Mirziyoyev❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

its first best airline. astana ass-tana
I think it's the best in Central Asia by a long shot
A really big future for this airline

a number of years ago flew AN-26 Uzbekistan airways from Tashkent to Zarafshan a couple times. Bald tires and paperclip holding seatbelt together..lol

Uzbekistan ever made attempts to join skyteam on 2010, but there's never a single news from them about it again
Nice.their fleet is ok,and it should be like that.even though I am a boeing fan.
I think they have the most diverse fleet
Still wondering when will Sichuan Airlines be covered
next do air astana hehe

The LET-410NG is an upgraded version, complete with American engines. It's become a workhorse in the CIS, a 14 seat aircraft with a toilet onboard.
