Here’s what helped me and countless others clear our skin: avoid consuming cooked fats and (especially nuts and seeds) as they become rancid when heated above certain temps. This includes nut/seed milks as they’re not raw and have a ton of junk in them unless from a clean source. Make homemade or switch to oat milk with just oats and water contents.
Also oil clogs the body, has zero nutritional value unless consuming cold pressed flax seed oil and are just pure inflammatory omega 6, not anti-inflammatory omega 3s.
Processed sugars gotta go and should switch to monk fruit powder or good quality stevia.
Also, you may be sensitive or even allergic to soy… especially poor quality soy.
I highly recommend following Annie Jeffrey her skin was always pretty flared up and she figured out a clean diet that worked for her, her gut and even formulated a skin care line with her husband.
But the #1 thing is focus on anti-inflammatory food choices, balance your omega 3:6 ratio because your skin is a clear sign of inflammation in the body which leads to clogged lymph, liver, kidneys blood stream and intestines… and I’d avoid unnatural makeup or skincare.
I used to have acne and tried everything. Avoiding certain foods, trying different skin care.
I realised it was all hormonal and actually there’s not much you can do to solve it even if you’re eating foods that balance your hormones.
I went to Greece and saw a dermatologist for €20 and he prescribed me Isotreninoin (accutane tablets) and it cleared up in a few months - it’s been 8 years and my skin is still clear! Only thing that truly truly helped and now I just use water, olive oil and Nivea on my skin.

i love your videos🫶🏼 i struggled with acne and now my face is healed! your acne reminds me a lot of what i had which was closed comedonal acne, also known as acne vulgaris. i really recommend seeing a derm if you haven’t already because i’ll be honest, it’s so hard to navigate this journey with acne alone (especially since i never really struggled with it, until that period of my life) also you’re very beautiful inside and out, when i was struggling acne not letting acne define your beauty is so important for your mental health. if anything through the process i learned to love myself more!

i think the b12 in your multi could be causing your skin problems... try eliminating it for a bit and see if it helps!
