- Miami Boat Show 2022 had a dedicated section for just sailboats .Today we walk the Lagoon 40 and It was a pleasent surprise.My name is Alfred Montaner host of the Chit Show in Miami

small form factor, but this boat feels plush, solid, homely. plus, small boat means you sneak in everywhere 👍🏼

by 2022, you would have expected a brand like lagoon to have made the hull hatches flush with the decks...which I would also want with decking.
I love sailboats. No idea how to sail though. (Also, I'm not a millionaire.) I guess I just like the idea of them and the freedom they could give.
Ask mr Lagoon if they learned their lesson about cutting corners on building strong bulkheads and putting their customers lives in danger sailing that garbage. They know what I’m talking about just say two words Sailing Parlay they got 250 plus boats with crap bulkheads throughout their boats costing them millions to repair now to save a couple dollars. Dollars over safety that’s the company I want to own
Yes ! I havnt found a formal statement or explanation from lagoon. But id deff buy a broken one on the cheap and redo it like the crew on parlay
@@jhershy1381 I believe Colin was on the phone with the owner of lagoon and they talk about the repairs on the boats it’s per boat basis The way Colin rebuilt his bulkheads are the way they should have come from factory

Alfred, you should have asked them to let you take off some trip and check them bulkheads!!
I think the price quoted was the basic package, no electronics, and maybe sales, etc.

Lagoon has issues with hulls I heard.
