I'm sure Diamsh must have felt so honored to have a song written for him by Lara Fabian. He stated how he had always admired her growing up., and it must have been great for her to find a voice like his to write music for. Just as Igor found the voice he had been waiting to compose music for also. This is a completely perfect song. The melody, the words, and the orchestration are a perfect match for Dimash's amazing voice. It has always been among my five favorites of Dimash since I heard it for the first time. I'm going to listen to it again for the umpteenth time.
@deborahwilliamson….Pretty sure Lara wrote the lyrics because I have seen a clip of Dimash and Igor working on the melody.
I have been listening to him for several years and to be honest, since I discovered him, I don't listen to other singers... I have a different playlists named "Dimash". One of them is "Dimash Know": 20 versions of Know, and I can listen to it over and over, during hours and hours (you should react to Know vocalise Arnau version: it is a mystical experience... It is like an addiction, I know, but he is the only one whose voice immediately targets my soul, pierces my heart, since the first note. With him, I am instantaneously transported in another dimension, his voice is a portal to somewhere else, a magnificent place where I feel well, safe and serene, no matter the world around me, the problems of the day, the difficulty of life.
He is my refuge, the guardian of my mental health. And for this, I am immensely grateful to him...
