Her story really inspires me i have hydrocephalus and a bunch of other things and had have 15 operations but hearing her story really inspires me totally thank you for this Ryan
Ey Ruben, I'm praying for your right now...may God give you the strength and endurance to continue to be a blessing to those around you...keep fighting and never lose your faith...
Her strength and attitude are truly an inspiration. What an incredible story. I really hope they can find a cure or at least a really good treatment for this disease.
I've always enjoyed tuning into Ryan's podcasts but this one really hit home. I'm going on 18yrs of living with my injury. Spinal cord injury at C5, C6 but my doctors say I'm a high functioning quadriplegic because most others with my same level of injury don't even have half of what I have. Her condition is totally different than mine yet we share so many similarities. Hearing her story and being able to relate on so many things...she's my kind of people, she gets it. Good for her on getting exposed on these platforms, people like us are few and far between.
32:29 Thank you so much for bringing this up because I completely understand what that's like I don't have anything wrong with me besides the fact that both my legs are cut off above my knees and I'm usually in a wheelchair because one of my legs are so short that it makes using prosthetics really difficult and when I do I have to use crutches, which took a long lot of work and time just to be able to walk with crutches. But when I meet people it's always one of two reactions. Either they try to be overly nice and ask if I need help, which I never do because I don't like asking for help, or they will act as if I'm invalid and I'm not aware of my surroundings and talk real loud at me, which is fun because I'll usually be very blunt to them and perhaps sometimes I might embarrass them a lil. But sometimes you meet cool people that'll crack a joke as soon as they see me or my favorite is one time I met a dude who actually had a fear of amputation and it made him nervous as hell, now that was hilarious, but I enjoyed that simply cause he was honest and I think y'all are right, people aren't honest most of the time they're just virtue signaling and trying to make sure everyone else sees them. It's all very funny
Oh my, I have CMT too, Mr. Sickler, and your laugh is hilarious! Fiona's been through the ringer, and it is true, neurologist, do have a shity bedside manner! 😂
This is crazy, I’m autistic and I have coordination issues and I’m really monotone and my voice is low. People used to think I was on drugs all the time and no one questioned it. This really hit me. It was to the point I started just getting high cuz everyone thought I was anyways
Saw her on Kill Tony and loved her ever since. She is pretty on the outside but her true beauty is from her personality within. Ty Ryan for having her on🫶🏻
The first time I seen her perform, which was her first appearance on KT. She fucking killed it. She's funny as hell and her self deprecating jokes were supreme. She has a great sense of humor
I GUARANTEE Fiona wanted a drink for the entirety of this podcast, but never takes a drink (I’m at 22:35) because there is no straw. Great podcast what a time to be alive.
Holy sh*t this is truly one of the best high school stories I've ever heard. I'm just imagining Fiona dropping stuff in school and walking differently and because she's so cool all the girls around her start walking like her so now I wonder how embarrassed those other girls are now for actually being what her mother thought she was being, an attention ho
4 years ago, I had chemo-induced neuropathy. Couldn't walk without a walker for four months. Took two hits of L-S-D, and spent 6 hours trying to wiggle my toes. I'm walking now.
Now I’m not a middle child, I’m the only child! Lol but god I felt that part in my soul about her mom not believing her about her issues. 😅😂 I was in 5th grade, 2005, I didn’t want to this test the next day and begged my mom not to go’ for many other reasons and she refused. The next morning I woke up with a terrible pain in my lower stomach, could barely move… mom didn’t believe me, she thought I was putting on a show and really milking it. 😅 Luckily she was a nurse and knew what to look for’ she saw my reaction when she pushed on my lower stomach and 2 hrs later I’m diagnosed with Appendicitis in the ER at the hospital my mom worked at. 😂😂😂😂 Doctor told us it was so swollen, another 4 hrs and it would have burst… life threatening to say the least but my mom was huddled up in the corner, sick as a dog and kept hugging me telling me she was sorry! Lol 😂😂😂 she was a great mom but what were the odds? I didn’t go back to school for like 4 weeks and I gave my mom a hard time about that every chance I got! lol 😎🤟🏽😂
So it’s actually the case that BOTH parents HAVE to be carriers for Fiona and her siblings to get this disease. So it’s even rarer to get than Ryan was thinking!
I can’t believe she went from playing 3-4 different sports to having to have her friends carry her lunch tray because she can’t walk properly anymore and NOBODY every took her to a doctor
I haven't run across any women that have a fetish for a guy in a wheelchair at least I don't think I have. I will say the wheelchair makes women feel a lil more comfortable. I've been told that
Franklin isn’t in Nashville, LOL it’s not even in the same county as Nashville. It’s a half hour drive by interstate from Nashville. It’s also not a rich town compared to Belle Meade (which is actually in the same county as Nashville) where there’s legitimate billionaires. Source - I lived in Nashville for decades
"Emma Stoned" was hilarious
Easy A takes on a new meaning
"I got grounded for walking weird" I scream-laughed 😂😂😂😂 holy fuck that's so sad and funny 😂
She seems so lovely. Everyone around her let her down. She's doing a great job rolling with it.
It is impossible to not LOVE Fiona! Watching her explode has been amazing!
Her story really inspires me i have hydrocephalus and a bunch of other things and had have 15 operations but hearing her story really inspires me totally thank you for this Ryan
You really need to see her comedy. She is amazing! Stonecold assassin at times.
Ey Ruben, I'm praying for your right now...may God give you the strength and endurance to continue to be a blessing to those around you...keep fighting and never lose your faith...
Us first shift blue collars appreciate the early uploads!
Her strength and attitude are truly an inspiration. What an incredible story. I really hope they can find a cure or at least a really good treatment for this disease.

She's so fucking cool and beautiful.
that’s so mean! You didn’t have to drag beautiful into it. She is cool though
@Bren3669 what tf are you talking about? Glad you're getting offended on others behalf, good use of time 😂
@ oh cool, i’m happy i could make you glad. It’s mean to tell someone who isn’t beautiful that she is beautiful
@@Bren3669mom…dad…please stop fighting. I’m just trying to eat this cheesy mac 😒
@@Bren3669Don't you call YOUR girl beautiful 😅
Fiona needs to be on the panel of Kill Tony!
Such a great personality and perspective on life and a funny beautiful woman!!
We have family friends who have 2 of their 3 children with Friedrich's Ataxia. The odds are so low it's insane! 5 of 5000 cases in 2 families is nuts.
Great show sir. Thanks again
Good morning from Baltimore Maryland
This girl is a legend ❤
I GUARANTEE Fiona wanted a drink for the entirety of this podcast, but never takes a drink (I’m at 22:35) because there is no straw. Great podcast what a time to be alive.
Wow ❤ great podcast. I love her energy. Lol her humor 🤣
Imagine being a grown adult who refused to get their own child looked at by someone after all of the symptoms she had.
The kind of episode where I hit like before watching, oh wait…I always do that

Amazing episode
Wow so a-dork-able. Shes awesome
Fantastic episode!!😍🥰
Such a sweetheart and so funny! She tells really pro well written jokes. Turns her trauma into funny. Perfect pro comedian.
Fiona is perfect for the honey dew
Happy to hear her story with you. KT doesn’t really give the time to know about Fiona’s journey ❤
Hot Wheels!!!
You need two recessive carriers (her parents) to pass on the gene for it to be dominant and show up in the off spring (Fiona). The punette square.
She is my favorite from KT... beside William and the rocket man.
Try playing this at 1.5x speed. Amazing what a difference it makes!
Thanks for this Fiona Rocks
I love her!

Oh god shut up, ryan has been doing amazing work for years, I bet you paused his show to leave this stupid comment
4 years ago, I had chemo-induced neuropathy. Couldn't walk without a walker for four months. Took two hits of L-S-D, and spent 6 hours trying to wiggle my toes. I'm walking now.
She's so fucking awesome!
Fiona is the best.
So crazy your own mother doesn't believe you along with your teachers etc. That's crazy and scary!!!
She deserved a laugh on the thought of installing "move b**** get out the way" on her scooter I'm cackling 50:36
i love her so much !!!!

Her parents should be in jail.
Whoever the 1 downvote is on this video, go get help.
WTF is wrong with her parents?
What were they on not to take your child to get checked out, parents of the decade!
What a toooosday
I haven't run across any women that have a fetish for a guy in a wheelchair at least I don't think I have. I will say the wheelchair makes women feel a lil more comfortable. I've been told that
im just waiting for her to drop the diet coke bruh
