Sin Are you certain that is the code in such situations? if you as a police officer pull over two dudes and the passenger has a gun in his lap, you would not be comfortable checkinh their id if not having them cuffed first.

@@RickyPro888 I think that depends on the situation. Its a life or death situation, cops get shot at all the time. Obviously you would have to assess the to the situation. If you ask a crazy person whether or not you have the permission to do what they are doing, they might take extreme measures to make sure they aint getting caught. If police were forced to stay passive til a gun was pointed to their face, we would have alot of dead cops and ruined families.
RickyPro Your supposed to tell the officer if you have a firearm on your person and you aren’t supposed to have it in your hands while you get pulled over then the cop can pull you out of your vehicle or remove your weapon while he has you detained

Its a department of justice roleplay server on Gtafivem on pc. Its a hard server to get into you have to apply to get in its heavy roleplay as you can see and its only on pc

We ask that you put the"clip" in the trunk to render the firearm completely useless, and when you are being shot at just say hey let me get my "clip" first
*getting shot by a gang member* "HOLD ON I have to pull my clip out of my trunk to defend myself" also CCW means conceal carry for a reason, it's different than open carry
I'm not too sure on American law, but iirc, open carry means you can have a firearm holstered on a belt, and conceal carried means you are allowed to carry it when not visible or is concealed such as underneath your shirt or what not.

Blake chandler A clip can fit into a magazine, a magazine cannot fit into a clip. Sometimes you reload a firearm with a clip directly into a internal magazine. But they are differently different.

false. a clip holds rounds to be put into a magazine, the magazine goes into the gun, a clip does not.
a great example is the old m1 grand. they had clips that you would use to put multiple rounds into the gun.
