Hi Terri. How many theory sections per supply cycle stage would you generally weave into an answer? So for example, if a question says ‘Name five stages of the procurement cycle that could assist with capital purchases?’, how many theoretical aspects would you reference within each stage (approx)? Thanks!
Depends on whether it is relevant. But if possible 1 theory per stage. E.g. Understand the need (RACI), Market Options (Porters), Develop Strategy (Company strategy/vision), Market engagement (Primary/Secondary data), Develop Documents (ITT v RFQ)...
