During 1983-86 Worked UNDP/ILO projects, my office functioned on the 14th floor of the Uganda house building. Due to the militry took over time our projects winded up and left the "PEARL'S OF AFRICA." Sweet memmories😢 nice time, remembering even after 40 years.
