Hey guys where is located and how often is it held ?
I bought a 06 honda civic 171,359 miles for 1,600 paid for registration and a 2 day warranty walked away paying 2,600. I took to the shop right after paying another 1,849 for repairs. Needs a few more things after but not bad.
Everything dented and looks like it's been through hell...I've been to this type of auction before ...yes good prices but as you leave you see everything broken down on side of the highway about a mile away...I've never laughed so hard in my entire life.

The VW Toureg went for a very good price at $775. I saw it being tested on another UA-cam channel and it was kicking azz. But not sure if it had all of the off-road options.

I see alot of folks don't understand how car auctions work.Alot of those cars has to have a final approval by seller.Just cause it sells for that price doesn't mean you'll get it for that.When your go to pay for the car they'll let you know if the seller approved or not.If the seller didn't agree to the final bid you can then negotiate with them then it's up to them to accept your offer and sell you the car.Just FYI for those new to auctions.You don't always automatically win a car just cause the auctioneer says sold.
I went to a few of dealer auctions and no matter what you bid if they dont get the price they want a few of their bidders will jack up the price.you can make offer before it starts but all they are is a used car lot.

These are the kind of auctions I go to. I fix them up and usually can make a few hundred on them. It is not worth my time if I count the labor involved but I sort of enjoy trying to figure out the problems. I bought a Chrysler Town and Country minivan a while ago.for $225. I had to put a new water pump , high pressure power steering hose(not much room to get a wrench on it) and a transmission control module in it, I was going to keep it but didn't like the window tint as it made it harder to see at night so sold it for around $800.

unless its a city auction dont trust it city ones will sell the car no matter what price private auctions sprinkle the crowd with there own to bump prices some that are 'sold' will be back next week
$400 for the Lac'......had to be best deal......$325 for the Mustang was crazy depending on issues......Parents should never complain about getting their kids a car with auctions like this
