I just can't stop imagine the
I'd wanna matchmake Osana with Raibaru, because like you said, it's so obvious that Raibaru likes her.
I absolutely LOVE the Idea of a yandere game being about Psychology rather than constant murder and sabotage, it adds a layer of depth to each person and uniqueness to gameplay
I think you should include Ribaru as a suitor for osana. Maybe Ribaru is a friend osana met in gaming. She was always online so Osana would play with her when senpai was busy. Then they become closer and hang out at school
Ok, here me out, make Ribaru the stalker, she dresses like Osana, has similar hair to Osana, is kind of obsessed with Osana, but no one suspects her because "she's so cute" but her violent nature makes her a danger to Osana. It can even be a thing where her name isn't even Ribaru (because come on) and that's Osana's streaming persona, and Ribaru just is one of those people who want to BECOME Osana. It's also why she goes to the same school as Osana and goes as far as stealing her cat from her house.
Plot Twist: Yandere Dev watches these on an alt acc and is waiting for you to finish your storyline and then he asks if he can make this the game
I love how bouncy her hair looked and how prominent the cat features are, and I loved the idea of her stalker being an obsessed YTuber fan rather than a delusional otaku.

id love to see osana as a potential friend you can talk to (past the limited and lacklustre chat wheel given to all students) after her week, itd be nice to see her in a non-yandere light if you choose a pacifist route!

I really like that the best ending is a pacifist ending because if I would have ever played yandere simulator I would have not wanted to hurt anyone but you still have to even psychologically in order to progress
What osanas design needs is a complimentary color,something that makes her lighter colors stand out.I really think a navy blue would look amazing
I think it would be kinda funny if in YanSim, the "Senpai rejects Osana" ending only happens if you.... don't do anything. Like, just let her dig her own grave.
