In GROUP DISCUSSION, do they allocate similar score to everyone( all 10 people of same group), or individual who outperform others gets better score?
Individual basis.. But most people get decent marks since they're able to share their ideas and have a good discussion with the whole group
Dont outperform anyone.. have good points, if u can make impact by saying valid points thats all matters.. listen to others and pitch in ur points.. time kaafi rehta hai.. i and vineet were in same gd ge group and we both scored good marks.. I think vineet scored 16 and i scored 20 and we both didnt start gd ge neither ended it.. jst be confident and keep ur points factually, thats all matters.. if someone is jst blabbering without any valid point then he will get less marks no matter how much he speaks.. so be a good listener, keep ur points properly and have a good discussion with ur colleagues...thats all matters..

I have a doubt regarding the language selection. If I choose to speak in Hindi but if the panel member starts the conversation in English, should I still give the answer in Hindi or should I ask him first about my language ?
If you've chosen Hindi then speak in Hindi.. You can also say at the start itself that sir mai hindi mei bolna chahunga that's it

Character certificate and identity certificate are different
I am already old amongst the aspirants and this is my first time clearing the mains of SBI. I am not that scared about the GE/GD or interview but i am worried about the papers,ie, for the DV as i have not collected my graduation passing certificate. I have the provisional degree and marksheet, haven't picked the certificate as the university centre is in a Farflung area. Now i have to get it done, and if possible please assigned or suggest a telegram group or any group where i can discuss or exchange ideas or knowledge with aspirants in the same boat with me sir.

Aise switch mat karo agar pura hindi mei bolna hai toh hindi hi bolo.. Ab words english ka thode use kar sakte hai hindi mei issue nhi hai uska

They won't ask IT questions since you don't have any work ex. But just brush up a bit like the basics, know about the subjects you had in graduation bcoz sometimes they ask what were the subjects you studied in your graduation

Probably joining will be in April after all the other formalities. This is what SBI used to do generally during my time joining happened in July

Of course yes.. Interview holds 25% weight so you can do well and many people have done well in the past as well even though they scored a bit less in mains they got through
I did 70 marks attempt + descriptive(fully written with good content) and cleared the paper
Honestly, I was so apprehensive after the result of RBI Assistant Pre😢 started doubting myself that even after attempting 95 could not able to clear it…now I am feeling good….IBPS PO Mains result awaiting

Cleared 1st mains of this year and waiting for the remaining 4 mains results; TBH I was not sure " Actually nobody was confident enough" even after attempting decent in Quants and Very good in E & DES. but here I am, I had also mailed you the "Letter & Essay" just 2 days prior to the exam and you checked it and gave your input & I followed it and It was indeed helpful. Now, I am not worried about GD/Interview because I have given SSB for Officer's Selection Board (Most tiresome and challenging one till-date) and I performed there well and I have been a decent orator since school days; I just want to know that how much banking awareness is good enough for the interview??
They will ask few banking related questions few current scenarios, current affairs related questions few HR type questions like why banking
Will you be able to handle conflicts or something like this

No need to prepare everything most of the things you would already be knowing like RBI monetary policy about sebi nabard etc. Just read the pdf I've provided in my telegram group around 100 pgs pdf but it will be done quickly

Just 2 questions-1-As I am selected in this year's RRB PO, should i mention it in my introduction while interview?
2-In GD,when everyone is allowed to speak,if I speak first and tell,freinds we have 15 mins of time,so to ensure every member gets a chance to speak,we can start from No1 and end with No 10 in cyclic direction with 1 minute to each member and after that we will have extra 5 minutes to conclude.Will this idea work?

1. You can say so but then they might ask why are you leaving RRB PO for SBI? You should be able to answer it
2. No don't say that as you never know will you even get the chance to speak first instead focus on the important points that you will write down when you're given time after the declaration of the topic. If someone is not letting you speak in worst case you can speak up and say politely Can I please share my point of view as well.. They have to say yes then say thank you and speak up but do this only if you're not getting the chance at all
