Hi, i am new subscriber, I had 23 years in Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam.I’ like to know why we have to learn spanish to work for hotels in america? Best wishes to you.
America has a huge Hispanic population. That is why many jobs here require you to know Spanish especially in the customer service sector. Its not just Spanish nowadays. I also see companies wanting you to know Japanese.

amazing..
I live in Brazil they ask for previous experience for those who want to be a dishwasher I hate this country so badly! I learned English even though I'm not fluent i can make me understood and I understand English very well I'm looking for a job and all they ask: do you have previous experience? how do I will have previous experience if they don't give me the chance? furthermore, only five percent of the whole population of Brasil can speak English in a decent way what a shame!!! most of them working as a receptionist mumbling to a foreigner that can't understand anything at all after they complain about the crime rate in this manhole called Brazil !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you had any luck in the past year? Hope things are better for you now!
