But then what is the recommended way to connect the 1.5" pvc pipe to carry the water away? Is it meant to tie in to 4" SDR pipe or a catch basin or something? If so, with what fittings?

If anyone can answer, please do! We are buying a house in Poconos PA. The house sits on a hill and all water runs down towards the driveway and then creates a pretty big mosquito pond. The house is located in a gated community. The roads are not paved. The question is: where do we redirect all the water to? There are no sewers. We do have a lake across the street from our house, there is a road (unpaved) and a green belt in between. Looking for advice! Thank you kind people!! ;)

The internal coupler on the mini/2 inch channel is useless, as it's not flush/watertight,regardless of which ends I try & on different units they are all cut erratically making coupling inefficient. You still have to seal,tape,silicone etc. if you want it to watertight. Avoid this product !
